One of the property's redeeming qualities was its affordability. In a town where accommodations can be limited, this property offered a budget-friendly option, which was much appreciated.
The staff was friendly and welcoming. They were responsive to our requests and did their best to address the issues we encountered. Their dedication to customer service did not go unnoticed.
However, it's important to acknowledge that the property had some challenges. The overall appearance and upkeep left much to be desired. The property was not in the best condition, and some areas were in need of renovation. While it may not have been picturesque, it served its purpose as a place to rest our heads during our visit to Ruston.

The staff was friendly enough and I suspect they owned/managed it. Location is being remodeled and felt like it was being done on a limited budget. Half the carpet in the hall was missing. Light fixture missing feom the ceiling in breakfast area. Additionally, i couldnt park in the handicapped. They blocked access/sidewalk with a large shipping container..

My stay at the Quality Inn Ruston was just so-so. First of all, the staff was not able to provide any guests with room keys, which led to a hastle every time that you needed to leave the property. Secondly, the very poor TV service did not include ESPN in it's channel line-up. I don't envision myself staying there again.

The hotel manager explained that their card system was not functioning so we never received a key for the room. The hostess had to open the room for us each night. The customer service was great though. They were kind and I could tell they were working hard to fix the issue. They made us feel safer and a bit more taken care of. The breakfast was ok, but we did decide to eat somewhere else the second morning.

Great stay, just front desk staff needs to learn how to transfer calls to rooms. Also, maybe having a direct room phone number. Very affordable and good hospitality. My brother said breakfast was good. Oh, and maybe some carpet cleaning in the hallway.

My card was used under someone elses account and charged to my account even though lady behind counter had my ID and me standing there. She still put under different name. General Manager was not friendly about handling the situation. Was supposed to put a rush on getting my money back to me and they didnt. I had to go through corporate to get any money back. I never got any clean towels while I was there after asking. They gave me small pool towels in place of bath towels which were not sufficient. Coulodnt use computer room either the printer was broken.

First the black lady at the front desk was very very rude for the entire stay. The hotel is very raggedy, smells like mold. my clothes felt very wet even the next day. We had no choice but to stay here, there were no other hotels rooms available in the area. They threaten to charge my daughter $50 to stay at the hotel i adv she would stay at her dorm, she then calls the room and say we have cameras everywhere and we will charge your card. then states she can only stay 2hr stating we don't allow guest in the rooms. it was just a bad week. I will not be returning to this hotel.
