Room smelled disgusting.Posted Oct 27, 2015
Checked in to a non-smoking room, but the room smelled horribly of smoke. Ashes and cigarette butts on the window sill. Ashes on the back of the toilet. Complained to front desk, but they said no other rooms available??? Offered some type of room "freshener" that was never received.

Pros: they did offer coffee and muffins in the morning. the front desk staff was very nice and accommodating.
Cons: cleaning of the rooms.
the hotel was not the cleanest, the rooms and hallways smelt musty. the a/c units were not working well in the elevator or the hallways. there was someone else's hair weaved into the towels, some of the towels had stains on them. there was no washcloths or q-tips in the bathroom. the floor of the actual hotel room felt like it had not been cleaned in forever. the bed and pillows were hard, no clear view of the tv to relax. while lying in bed. the vending machine wouldn't except cash. luckily it was only a 1 night stay.

Pros: there is refrigirator in room and stove to make your own food.
Location: both locations were on industrial zone and there was nothing to do around. if you dont have your own transport you are stuck there or call for taxi.
the rooms were very clean and nice beds, only thing i did not like about this hotel was breakfast facilities in a lobby and grab you coffee and go.

Nobody at front desk, no response to calls. No regular cleaning of room, when u go to frontdesk to change towel, u r given a wierd look. Breakfast is as good as nothing. Think twice before you book , poorest extended stay that I have ever stayed in.

It was ok for a one night stay, there wasn't any ice available, the front desk did offer ice trays however. The elevator had some writing on wall. The room was clean and staff were friendly.

Very bad experience. I would like to share the experience here and hope the hotel management listen to their customers. (I did mention this during the checkout and answer hmm...sorry to hear that!), Thats it. Air condition was not working. No intercom/phone in the room to call and request any service. Only one pillow was kept in the room. Room smells bad. I will think twice before booking in extended stay all together.

We came here to visit family who are working in the area and staying at this hotel. Our room smelled like sweaty armpits. It was supposed to be equipped with all sorts of dishes and cooking utensils because it's an extended stay. But it was empty. the refrigerator sounded like it's motor was operated by a gerbil. Continental breakfast is nonexistent. Unless you count granola bars and stale coffee.

While we no longer keep dishes in guest rooms, these items are available upon request at the front desk and can be delivered to your room. Pros: In a very quiet area and clean.
Cons: I'm not sure. We had a very short stay.
Location: Newark and there is a football stadium nearby.
I want to express my gratitude to the Expedia agent who booked our room for just one night after midnight. I think every hotel room was booked for the Newark NJ festival celebrating Portugal Day. We drove down from Rhode Island to do some photography in Brooklyn and then drove to Newark. We decided to stay at the last minute and with he help of Expedia we had a wonderful rest and time in Newark.
