“The check in process started off with a small hiccup due to a newly installed door lock pad, but Gary answered the phone after midnight and we got it sorted out, outstanding professionalism from Gary I'd been up for 36 hours and just wanted to sleep, he cheerfully let me in remotely and got the lock reprogrammed to the assigned code. Very quiet property which was great as I was working a 12hr night shift. Just a note, parking is rather tight, especially if your rental is an Expedition, but we……
