“Keri was very responsive, guest house was easy to locate and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Appreciated the fridge, hot plate, and kitchen furnishings for simple cooked meals. Bed was very comfortable and the mini-split kept the bedroom a nice sleeping temperature while it was cold outside. “We had such a wonderful time celebrating Thanksgiving in this space. There is beautiful natural light in the living room, beautiful views of the Sangre de Cristo mountains, a cozy wood-burning stove, and lots of opportunities to stargaze in the hot tub at night. The kitchen is also incredibly well-stocked. We had everything we needed. Charley was so helpful and kind. Highly recommended!”

“This was a very relaxing place to stay. Very nice rooms. Loved the back yard. The only problem was my dog is a little old. So kinda had to help him up the stairs. The kitchen had everything to cook with. The grill was out of propane but otherthen that was a great stay. Will definitely be back...”
