"Fantastic hotel, this was our 5th time staying here and it did not disappoint. Our room was very spacious overlooking the beach and mosque. Housekeeping are always spot on with the room immaculate. The service is 5* - the staff go out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect. We always pay for the gold package which includes afternoon tea, evening snacks and happy hour drinks. We also alway get it as we love the bespoke service you receive, Rajan, Miriam, Stephen and Song were all great . The pool is not too busy - no rush for a sunbed in the morning although it’s lively enough and gets a tad busier in the afternoon. There could be some music on at the pool at times, it’s blissfully quiet but maybe at the weekend it might be nice. Thank you for another great stay, see you next year."

"Excellent hotel with easy access to sea canal. Wonderful appearance. However it was disappointed that nearby 'Souk' did not recover from the pandemic time. People were very kind and helpful and ready to serve. "

"We had a great time staying at the property for a one-week vacation with a toddler. The beach is nice and not too crowded (but a bit hot in mid May). We spent a lot of time at the main pool and the kids club. The staff were all courteous, friendly and a pleasure to work with. The kids club is well appointed with different sections that cater to different age groups (our toddler spent a lot of time next to the brio train play area). During the weekend locals like to visit the property with a day-pass and it was nice to see the kiddie pool at the kids club filled with fun and laughter. Some local kids (and hotel guests) were very rude to the staff and disregarded the safety warnings. The kids club manager handled it with grace but it may be a good idea to keep a watchful eye on the weekend pool area for the safety of your own kid(s) since there could be kids that walk all over their parents and other adults (and somehow get to checked into the kids club by themselves). Special thanks to lifeguard Sajith who kept the little ones safe with a great sense of humor, pool staff Kamal, Nirmal and Islom who consistently went above and beyond to make our time by the main pool enjoyable. Thank you and we hope to be back again soon! "

"Staff were brillliant and helpful, especially Christian at breakfast one other staff member who flew home to return to University always looked after us at breakfast. The staff at the pool bar the same always nice, polite and helpful."

"As I was attending an exhibition and needed the hotel for sleeping only, everything was great especially that they offered me a late check out, the hotel is clean and it takes you three minutes walking to ADNEC, the parking is at the basement which makes it very accessible and private. Compared to the other hotels at the same area, this is the cheapest and covers all you need if luxury is not a priority."
