Staff is very rude.

Cons: hire a professional staff
We booked two rooms on Sep. 8th 2017. The hotel is right next to the airport but there is no through pass for you to walk over. We had to wait for the shuttle bus to pick us up at the airport for one and half hour while the staff kept telling us the bus will be there in 15 min. Our check-in time was between 11:30 pm to midnight. The staff was not friendly at all. Our rooms were on forth floor (424 and 425) but you have to take two different elevators to get there. These two elevators are located in different places and there is no sign showing the location. The front desk stuff just handed us the door cards without saying anything about the elevator or any other hotel facilities. We had to come back to the front desk twice to ask for the direction to the fourth floor. The staff was very rude and could not give us any help. We end up got help from a customer on the second floor. For some reason the staff also massed up our passport number so we could not get on Wifi.

Convenient

Convenient, with a free shuttle service to and from airport. Excellent facilities and comfortable rooms. No noise from airport! Very silent

Nice hotel with very good facilities. Only stayed overnight but it was nice and relaxing. Close to the airport and they have their own minibus form/to terminal.

The front disk busy they do not like completely answer I asked him about the enter net and the room the Ac not work I asked him to bring the tic notion he told me after 15m

Very convenient - call for shuttle beforehand!

Excellent staff and quick check-in and check-out. Breakfast was great too. Just make sure the shuttle knows you are coming!

So far the best airport hotel i have ever stayed. Staff very friendly and helpful.

nice hotel with a terrible restaurant

foods are terrible. literally bad. second time i regret eating there. and room cleaners should not make noise before 8 am in the morning. its a hotel and you pay for sleeping
