The staff was friendly and helpful, however...there are a few reasons why I will not be returning here in the future. My room was freezing, and noticed that the heater was not working. I called the front desk the next day, and they had the maintenance guy come and look at it. Needless to say, he offered to replace the unit or for me to switch rooms. The unit was indeed not working. I didn't feel like packing up and moving, so I waited for him to return with a new unit for replacement. I could not leave to visit with my family because I had to wait for him to come back and replace it. It was 10:30am, and he said he would return in about 30mins because he needed to "wake up."??? He came back nearly 2hrs later. Secondly...the towels were very dingy. Glad I travel with my own. NOOOO thanks. Thirdly, although the breakfast is complimentary, it was dreadful. No seriously, it was. The waffles you make for yourself were the only good thing about it. I travel a lot. I've stayed at a variety of hotels, and I've stayed at plenty more at this rate that were much better. What can you expect though? It is a very small town.
