The owners were friendly and helpful. Beds and linens clean. The room though needed basic maintenance. Sink drain stopper disconnected and toilet seat loose. Hot water slow, air conditioner a little weak.

This motel is way overpriced for what it offers. There are many budget motels closer to Portland that are not on Expedia that looked better.

Nice friendly people the room was in good condition rates are affordable and only 3 miles off the coast and the surrounding units were quiet.

Cute, old fashion room. Very clean. Not many electrical outlets since it's an older room. They did have a lamp with an outlet. But, my phone charger would not stay connected to it. It kept coming unplugged. Main office smelled of cigarette smoke. Only had a counter top ice maker in main office. The room had Roku and it kept going offline. So, couldn't watch tv. Loud road noise since it's on a main road.

It was conviently located.what ivdidnt like was that when I opened the room there was what looked liked saw dust on the floor just as you entered the room. Other then that it was an ok room

Sorry, we planted grass seed, to cover grass seed we spread saw dust or dry grass . Windy day might blown over.

My only complaint was the floors were dirty. Our feet were black from walking on them barefoot. Cute little place though.

The owners were friendly and accommodating. The wifi was terrible. They had streaming and HULU, when it worked. I would have liked a hair dryer in the bathroom. The room was clean but try to get a good night sleep with the racetrack outside your door was impossible.

The only thing was that required a Suspection of room before leave to make Sue no pets or smoking happen.. I didn’t have none those I just had 2yrs old making a mess

We tried to book this room through hotels.com when we went to verify our booking through the app and online it said we had no room. Called the owner he stated no room was register under either of our names. Woke up this morning to my account being charged. Called the owner and he refused to fix this issue stating “I never called and to take the loss” will never recommend this place and will be contacting hotels.com as well as the east view motel later this morning to get my money back from the fraud. Ended up staying at the Sanford inn and they are wonderful!

U booked a room at Eastview at 8 am Friday via online for Friday night And did not show up Saturday 6am u call for a refund This is not how things work Any issues once u booked online deal with them Sorry we will not take the loss .Next time read all contract when u make reservations online

Thanks for your review You can not say over price. Average price for night you stay was $ 300 more. My rate was cheapest. Yes out side need some work, but we make soure you get hot shower and clean beds. I price my room according condition of my motel.

They were friendly, but the room was stuffy and smelled musty. There was mold on the ceiling over the door. We chose not to extend our stay.

The A/C was yellow, didnt blow cold air, and when the fan was running all we could smell was mold. We both have mold allergies and felt ill the next day. Longest, most humid, smelly night of my life. The room wasnt very clean, the floors left dirt on our socks. For the price we paid it felt like we were robbed. Will not be returning.

I arrived in the evening to check in, but there was nobody in the office despite the "open" sign in the window. I tried ringing the door bell and calling the phone number multiple times with no response. After two hours of waiting, I was able to get a room at a nearby hotel.

The water took ten minutes to get hot . The floor was not clean. They don’t give you any conditioner . There is no cable tv just roku that cuts out every 5 minutes. But foir the price the room was good. The sheets were clean . The area is good

Sorry, we. Shut down because pandemic, second we are stuck overseas could not get flight in. You have to understand situations. Just right bad review not making sense. We are gone since last October and we are due back April. Thanks for bad review, by the way we cancel all reservations
