Not in a great area.

Posted Sep 12, 2017
Very noisy. The weatherstripping around the doors needs to be replaced. I really liked the plank and tile flooring. They mop after each guest. Very clean. The clientele is a bit rough. The property is getting tired. The beds were very comfortable. The price was right.

Ok for the price

The online posting needs to be changed, there is no private balcony merely a walkway to your door. The room was ok and ac definitely helped make it better.

Room smell like smoke, even though it says is a non smoker room, there is a bunch of homeless people around the hotel, it looks like most people staying there are permanent residents, tv never work, parking lot is so small and duty.

Easy to get too..

Pros: Convenience of location.
Cons: Breakfast area was very small and there was no trays to bring breakfast back to room.
Location: Nice and close to all the attraction in historic downtown Sacramento.
Being right off the I-5 made it very easy to get to many of the places we needed to be at in Sacramento. The hotel was clean and small enough that it made for a relaxing stay night stay.

Tweaker Hive

Posted Aug 23, 2017
Cons: everything. the knuckle holes in the walls, smashed and electrically struggling bedside lamps and the overwhelming smell of a freshly changed portapot
Nestled in a bustling epicenter of methamphetamine use and aggressive and violently controlled prostitution this hotel does not disappoint providing ample amounts of the aforementioned commodities,

Next to I5....

Posted Aug 1, 2017
Pros: Location for freeway access.
Cons: Room refresh.
Location: Used the place as a one night stop before heading back to Oregon.
Just needed a place to stop on the way back from Vegas to Oregon. 10hr drive from LV to Sacramento, and this popped on the search for nite's stay. Price was a factor and this was close to I5, easy off and back onto the interstate. For whatever reason some of the people staying there looked suspect, there were no overnight loud outbreaks, but one had the feeling it was about to happen. That said there were a number of motels in the exact same area from all the same brands that you can name. To be honest I would probably pay the extra $10-20 for another motel next time, but if you are on a budget it's okay. Free Wifi, fridge and microwave and breakfast to boot. Normal breakfast fare for this price range, but it was free.

You get what you pay for..

Pros: Wi-Fi, Toiletries, and Breakfast included.
Cons: Wi-Fi connecting and staying that way, people keeping it down.
Location: Near the Interstate to get going for commuting.
It's great for free breakfast, Wi-fi, and toiletries. But the only real issue I had is how loud people even on Weekdays love to make it when you're one who wants to try to sleep. But a side from that the Wi-fi kept cutting out time to time but worked.

Given the price, this stay was totally adequate. The staff were nice and friendly. The amenities were nothing stellar but they suited my group well for a one-night stay in Sacramento. The location was convenient.

Biggest cockroach I've ever seen on bathroom floor Saturday.
