Great location .... bad internet and breakfast

Internet didnt work enyire vistit even tho we where told it was just fine.... breakfast was bad and under stocked ... but proximity to everything downtown was fantastic

Location makes for a bit of a noisy stay. Staff at check in were not the friendliest, but it improved dramatically from there. Breakfast is lacking, and probably the most disappointing of all the BW where I've stayed in California.

I liked the gate to the river with the path along the river. It was perfect to take our dog for a walk.

Great Staff!

The room facilities could use an update but the staff is top notch. The river access is beautiful, breakfast was good and down town is two minutes away.

I mostly tend to stay at Best Westerns when I do travel, and I particularly liked this one. The hot tub was nice and big and outdoors (whereas often they are inside). The staff was very friendly, the maids even let me borrow a phone charger. Also, they have a free shuttle to anywhere in Sac which I utilized twice to go pick up food. My room was on the cheaper end but I got a bed and a couch, so it was nice and roomy in there. Per usual, the breakfast could be better, but at least this one had hot food such as eggs, bacon and freshmade waffles with choices of toppings. I would definitely stay there again!

Extremely loud

Pros: The room was clean.
Cons: Insulate the walls and ceiling, and offer drinking water.
Location: Close to downtown Sacramento and the river. However, there are lot of people without homes living on the nearby streets.
You get to listen to children running back and forth above you, your neighbors talking and urinating, and cars speeding by on the nearby freeway all night long. Ask for a quieter room they'll tell blame you, stating what is quiet depends on the costumer not the room. In addition, there is no drinking water on the premise.

Good stay

Pros: good staff
Cons: Parking - very tight and under construction
Location: NA
Emergency stay. No other place open and these folks worked to get me in. All worked well. Construction in the parking lot but otherwise good. I left some stuff in the hotel and everyone was very helpful to find the stuff, hold it for me and call me with status. Very helpful!
