The room was really clean and nice. The staff was great, the breakfast was really nice. But absolutely the firmest hardest bed we’ve ever slept on. The floor might’ve been more comfortable. My body ached every morning from trying to sleep on it.

It’s outdated and not a lot to do around it, but the staff and breakfast were wonderful. Room was spacious and parking was easy.

The check in person did not acknowledge us when we walked in and kept us waiting for five minutes. There was another man standing on the customer side of the counter who looked like an employee who was scrolling on his phone and telling the front desk person what to change the channel to on the tv. When it was our turn, the front desk guy warned us that 112 of the 120 rooms were booked so there would not be any additional towels, pillows, sheets or blankets. Come to find out, there were no sheets or blankets on the pullout bed so I had to sleep myself and my two older kids on the king bed.

The hotel smells of mold and musty the minute you walk through the doors. I thought the guys checking in that were in front of us must have had some great weed in their bags but nope…that’s the way the lobby smelled all the night and the next morning. Loud party and running around until about 3:00 am. That was a bummer because I actually needed to sleep but the hard bed didn’t help either. Left with out taking a shower because it was…moldy and dirty. No idea how this place got a an 8.4 rating. The front desk people were super pleasant. No more special than a Motel 6 really. Don’t do it

The staff are excellent and it is very clean. I would highly recommend it. This was my second time staying there in last 2 mos. Both times on 3rd floor because quiet. The first time the ice machine was out of order and I was disappointed that weeks later it was still out of order. I reported it.

Breakfast was good! The heater would come on once in a while very noisy, must of the time it was quiet, it’s older building but very clean, other then that it was very good. Only stayed one night.

Friendly and Responsive Staff
Very smooth check-in process. Front desk checked my door closure the moment I asked. Very clean room. Allowed me to park my motorcycle at the curb near the door for protection from the weather. Very positive experience!

It does state we offer room service upon a 24 hour request after the third day of your stay. I just want to say I never stay in a hotel, that when you come out of your room for breakfast. That staff see you and know that you are staying there. When my husband and I gotten our breakfast and went back to our room the key didn’t open the door. So my husband went to the front to get the key recoded. The staff said she couldn’t recoded the keep without our ID. She knows that we are staying there she was the night audit, and she spoke to us when we came in the night before. All I belongs was in the room so we were lock out the room and she wouldn’t let us back in our room. My husband told her the room number and told her his first and last name she look in the computer saw that he wasn’t lying . That’s was good enough for her she told us we had to wait on her manager before can get back in the room. My husband and I were very upset in the service that we were given. I told her that I never had to in an hotel where I needed to always have my ID on me. We only came out the room to get breakfast and couldn’t get back in the room until the manager came. The manager walk up and said rekey the key they’re guess here. We took these two days stay for our anniversary and to get away because our daughter passed last month and we just wanted to get away. This was not a good hotel stay and we will never go back to the place again. This was a very hurtful experience.

This was perhaps our 10th stay at this property. It serves our purposes quite well. Not fancy, but everything is as it should be, and it is very convenient. My only complaint in all of our stays is about some of the guests last night, who were very loud indeed, slamming doors whenever possible. But this only went on for perhaps 10 minutes and everything was fine there after.
