I tried to check in 3 hours after check in time, my room was still not ready. Parking was “full” yet I saw 4 cars go in. Was told to park 6 blocks down and walk with just myself and my 3 young daughters past people sitting on curbs doing drugs. Absolutely unforgivable and unacceptable. Drove 7 hours to this hotel, looking forward to the old Embassy Suites cleanliness and safety after a long day. It’s definitely not that anymore. Do yourself a favor and keep driving.

Beautiful area right by the bridge. Beautiful atrium building. Delicious breakfast. Comfortable bed. Very friendly staff
