To noisy

I was in a non smoking room at first ,for 3 days then the people upstairs walked all night long didn't get no sleep ,so moved to a smoking room ,When I walked in the smoke smell was so strong ,their are things that can kill the smell of cigarettes ,The room was dusty I had to dust everything off my self to get that bad smell out the room ,other than that I would stay their again if needed to , Overall it's a nice place because you can cook and keep your food fresh ,

Not Good!

Checked in at 1:30 AM. AC heater unit broken and did not work. Froze all night. Guest in room above me had a small child that fell out of bed at 3 AM then up at 6:30 AM running and jumping all over the room. carpet in room appear dirty and worn. Furnishings outdated and scratched up. kitchen and bathroom linoleum sticky. Maintence workers started work outside my room, too early for my short stay.

The room was non smoking but smelled like cigarettes, I asked to be changed after we checked in but wasn't done. The last nite of our stay, a fight with people occurred in the middle of the night outside my door which was very scary as foul language banging on doors etc happened. I stayed there with my kids and was terrified.

Comfortable room, but

Pros: The beds were very comfortable once the sheets were changed.
Cons: Clean everything
Location: The location is very close to highways, malls etc, however you get the feeling you are in a downtown, commercial district.
Not for leisure tourists. There is no covered checkin area so if it's raining you will get wet, we did. There is an odor emanating from the parking area , weed, decay or some noxious substance. Our shower was visibly soiled, the sheets blankets were very dirty, luckily one of the pleasant staff members managed to get us a clean set after some prodding. The following comments were very difficult for me to make. The temperatures were near freezing and I wish only the best for the homeless, warm food, clothing, housing etc. But apparently this hotel accepts homeless vouchers and therefore some of the guests appeared to fall into this category.

hotel close to airport

Pros: The price and the courteous staff.
Cons: Make sure the bathroom is free of hair and globs of toothpaste.
Pros: The staff were very courteous and made efforts to accommodate my needs. The bed and easy chair was comfortable. The kitchenette was clean and contained two "kitchen" towels. The price was reasonable. The elevators were in working order. Close to malls, restaurants, highways. Cons: The bathroom sink had a small glob of toothpaste that the maid missed. There was also a black hair in the tub. This was a smoking room but no ashtray was provided. Do they still provide them in smoking rooms? There were no eating or cooking utensils. Is the guest supposed to provide these? There is no room service or shuttle service to the airport.

Convenient location

Nice , comfortable , clean , close to restaurants , shopping and easy access to freeways , yet not noisy. Pleasant acomodatios , friendly staff and reasonable rates . I will recommend it and stay there while traveling.

Close to CalExpo but that was about it

It was dirty and out dated. The sheets and towels had stains on them so we had to sleep freezing because who would want to touch those...

Terrible business

Hotel booked the room I had made reservations for. Arrived to hotel at 2am to be informed that my reservation was not available and I could not be refunded. Just so happened to be early Thanksgiving day and was placed in a position which was extremely inconvenient. Was tired and was left without a place to rest for the evening. I ended up finding a sub-par hotel nearby over an hour later (330am), which left me only a few hours to sleep before having to wake up to spend the holiday with family. I still have not received a refund for a hotel room that was sold to another customer!
