Horrible

The first night someone pull the fire alarm at 12:00 midnight. Kids in the room upstairs ran all day and night. Had to report the 4 times. Will never stay at a extended stay again. Horrible

Dirty, smelled like cigarette smoke.

It was dirty, smelled like cigarettes. I had no pillow cases on my bed. There was papers and stuff on the floor of the elevator that the attendant kicked out of her way rathe than pick up. Burns on the counter, I would never stay there again.

Our room wasn't ready at 5pm, waited for cleaning to finish. Upon entering could see that all floors (kitchen area and carpeting) had not been cleaned. Furniture was worn and hallways were dirty.

Close to where I had business, so convenient

Pros: The staff
Location: To continue charging competitive prices, they need to make some major improvements in physical plant, extra blankets in rooms also.
Very old facility, not updated and although the least expensive, still the price too high for what you get. The one great thing was the staff, all were courteous, helpful and professional. Walls very thin so I could hear the person in the next room with somewhat of a hostile conversation, possibly with himself? In summary, somewhat of a run down hotel, unpleasant surroundings.

Not very good.

Didn't provide the room reserved or paid for. Didn't rectify it. Bed covers very skimpy.

Wouldn't stay there again

Tub wouldn't drain. Bath fan didn't work. Bed sheets very uncomfortable and didn't fit bed. Breakfast was actually warm coffee and packaged muffins and granola bars. Room did not get cleaned.

Okay ish

No toilet paper in room. Bed extremely uncomfortable. The entire floor smelled like garbage. Windows didn't open for fresh air.

Dirty, smelled, hair in my bathroom. Had to sleep with my clothes on, on top of the bed comforter.

Noisy and uncomfortable

Beds are too soft and there were people literally running upstairs all night. No active response from management who appeared to be in the same building
