Not worth the money

Bed sheets are not clean there was no pillows I requested some but never recieved poor customer service

Front clerk was new and he didn’t know what he was doing. Room needed to be cleaned better and curtains were dirty along with the floor. Bathroom was tiny and needed to have more towels and toiletries.

Just poor service and attention to detail.

Unprofessional staff. Room want cleaned properly. Asked for non smoking. The room we got smelled like so much smoke that my wife who hasn't had an asthma flare up in years, flared up. Called the front desk three times without and answer. Finally decided to walk to lobby. No employee in sight. When back to room. Waited 15 more minutes. Called again. Afterwards, packed up my wife and infant, left and checked into the Four Points Sheraton.

Worst hotel experience ever!

I checked in and automatically felt like I was checking into a skid row dive of hotel. Past experiences with extended stay have always been great, but this is the worst hotel stay ever! For starters my tv remote did not work and my room had no towels. Room looked like it was cleaned in a rush and toilet seat had urine stains you can see if you tilt the seat in the light. Hotel front desk lacked personality and looked like he was from skid row himself. I felt robbed.

When we got there our room was not clean. There were some crazy people outside at 12am. Someone left a soda in one of the shelf. No hair dryer.

Not a good experience.

Pros: n/a
Cons: Costumer service, fresher bed sheets, etc.
Location: The location is great, around lots or restaurants and stores.
Did not feel comfortable or cozy. Did not have enough standard towels or toilet tissue, rooms were not too clean, I saw a roach in my room, drug utensils in the trash can outside of the room, Didn't feel to safe. The hotel staff didn't seem to professional, etc.

No accommodation for my needs

Pros: nothing
Medical reasons made downstairs room necessary. Not available, no effort made, so I left. Smoking people on upstairs walkways, as well as hanging around lobby. Creepy feeling. Nothing pleasant to write. can not comment on cleanliness or comfort

Filthy dirty

Filthy motel inside and out, disgusting. Clerk took my dl at check in, later I was checking my wallet and realized I didn't have my dl. Stressed because I was flying in the morning, I checked with the front desk he had it in the drawer but never bothered to call me to say he had my license.

Hotel with easy freeway access

The staff are very nice and professional. The place is run down. Needs a lot of work. Inside and out. My room was a joke. Half cleaned. Bathroom fan did not work. Kitchen sink drained very slowly. Room infested with fruit flies. We wont even mention the mice in my room. I needed a place to stay on a budget. Staff did try to fix what they could. Housekeeping never came back like they were supposed to to reclean my room even though a note was put in the computer. The staff even tried to move me. Unfortunately their professionalism can not make up for the state and condition of the establishment.

Garbage

Non smoking room smelled of smoke. No maid ever came to clean up and I stayed 3 nights. Trash was overflowing in all trash cans within the complex. My room didn’t have the microwave until day 2. No extra blankets, no extra towels because maid didn’t come. The front desk gave me extra sheets to put on myself. It had no plates or cups or pots n pans until I requested them and i had to go pick the money up myself, also the Bed had stains on it. Not a good time at all.
