Horrible experience

The room I booked was taken by others, and I was given a room under someone's name. By the way, the AC in the room didn't work, and the staff can't fix it. Finally we checked out at 12 am and left. I could't believe what happened that night in a hotel recommended by Expedia.

Seek sleep in the none smoking but smel cigarette

Reserved none smoking room but the receptions gave me the room smelling cigarette heavily Dead phone desk, cannot contacted help desk or room to room emergency or help.need. No room next to rach otter available for big family or group. My family booked 5 room but had to stay in 3 different building which to hassle.

I apologize a non-smoking room was not available when you checked into our hotel and also that we were not able to give your family five adjoining rooms, or rooms in the same building. We try to accommodate our guests' wishes when possible, but many of our guests are here for weeks or months at a time, and it is not possible to move them out of their "home away from home". Had you stopped by the front desk and reported your phone out of order, we would have been happy to have it replaced or repaired. I am sorry you were unhappy with your accommodations, and I hope you will consider giving us another chance to provide you with a much better stay at our hotel the next time your travels bring you to Sacramento. The worst

My room smelled like animals lived in it for a while and a soon as I set my belongings down ants were all over the room is infested with them will not be staying there anymore no thx

Late night uncomfort

Never got in my room, my prepaid room was not avail at 1am upon my arrival and I was turned away.

Hotel is dirty and terrible!

I booked a non smoking room. By time I checked in late at night I had the last room. Room was full of smoke and the toilet was broken!!! I had to leave and book another hotel late at night !! They also had a bunch of drunks drinking in the parking lot!! Never ever booking this hotel. Stay away!!!!!

Good for a stop over

We stayed here for a quick overnight stay. The room was comfortable and check in was easy. The hotel was accessible to the interstate which was nice. The hotel is basic but meets the needs of a quick overnight stay. Would recommend. Has washer/dryer facilities which we did not use but would be useful.

1) I did not expect to get a room that smelled like cigarette smoke....this was my 2nd stay where the room smelled like smoke. 2) When I got to the office at 7am for the "grab 'n' go" breakfast, ALL of the food was gone. Apparently, another guest came in with a shopping bag and took a significant portion of the food

Staff excellent, rooms smell and outdated!

We would NEVER extend our stay nor stay a day at any of these hotels in the future! We were shown 3 rooms and they all SMELLED of mildew and were VERY outdated. However, the front office staff, Ms. Pange and Ms. Ymani are amazing! They were kind, generous and respectful. These ladies need to be at a hotel where their talents and abilities can flourish!
