Don't Do It, Find Another Place!

Location: South Natomas is a beautiful suburb of Sacramento, the city of trees, there are lots to see and do nearby
At the end of a grueling 400+ mile drive, the place was well lit and inviting; the front desk advised me that I was lucky my room had already been assigned as they would be sending all else to their Roseville hotel; as an afterthought the clerk also stamped and had me sign an acknowledgment of their marijuana prohibited rule, this was a 1st for me at an ESA as well as their no cancellation policy.. I was given a key and invited to breakfast there in the lobby in the am..pulling up to my room the overwhelming scent of marijuana permeated the air, my guess coming from one of many rooms with doors ajar.my room was right in front of the garbage area with all the cans overflowing to the ground, entering my room I see the window is open which could explain the numerous flies buzzing and gnats crawling on the counters, I managed to kill the flies, the bathroom facilities were clean, the floor suspect, the towels almost threadbare. I picked up the remote control and my hand stuck, upon further expectation there was a rubber looking object stuck to the back.. I picked up the phone to call the front desk, the phone was sticky as well and filthy, never mind. I pulled back the bedding and since the sheets were not crisp I decided not to chance it and returned to my car to retrieve my own pillow and blanket throw and slept atop the bed. Cancelling the room loses my money, I had no choice but to stay...never again

You get what you pay for.

A halfway decent 2.5 star place, no frills, fairly clean. There were a few slightly shady looking other guests, hanging out in the stairwells smoking and talking. The bed was fairly comfortable although the pillows were awful (thank goodness I brought one of my own from home). 2 big problems, a large hole punched (with a fist, probably) in the bathroom door and the appearance of a cockroach in the kitchen sink. Anyplace that would rent someone a room with a hole punched in the door is more 2 star than 3....see photo.

Wasn't expecting this from extended stay America

First room I was checked in to looked like it hasn't been cleaned for new guest. The bed was unmade and the bathroom towels were inside the sink. I was assigned another room. The bathroom was in terrible condition. I spotted hair and smudge on the sink.

Nice compact and affordable

Nice small studio hotel. For the purpose of staying just to have a place to sleep for the night, it did its job. Only small complaint would be that they only gave us one towel for my wife and I to share, and it smelled a little funny. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Terrible

I booked a room here for me and my family just got to the area don't know anyone or the area an uberR drops us off from the airport we go into the lobby and they tell us they are full ? So with no transportation we slept in a lobby because they said they couldn't do anything for us I have a new born baby and was on the phone waiting with customer service from 11 to 10 am the next day !!!! Very upsetting

Short trip

We were here just for the weekend! We liked this place it was clean and the hotel looked just like the pictures! AC was okay the wall unit was broken in our room so took us a little while to figure out the fan! We liked this place and had a good time

Location: cal expo
We booked a king bed and a sleeper couch. we received a double bed with a roll away bed which had blood stains on it. I slept on the floor. I was told that changed like this is a frequent occurance. It was to late for me to find another hotel. I was told that a credit would be issued to me by Orbit for the change per the Manager I don't think I will be booking again thru orbit. and I will certainly not recommend the hotel chain. I recently booked hotel rooms in Monterey thru an other source.
