I believe they are understaffed at night time. Had to wait to check in because the Agent had to go take care of something in a customers room.

Worst hotel stay ever

No amenities for this hotel being an extended stay hotel. No shampoo, coffee pot, utensils, etc. The room as not the cleanest. I had to wipe down all counters myself because they were sticky. I had no toilet paper in my room when I checked in. I was told if I needed fresh towels, I had to bring my dirty ones to the front desk for replacements. There was no daily cleaning service provided. The population of most guests were undesirable. Let's just say I was on a different schedule (guests were up all hours and I was in town for work). Too many dogs barking and crying during my stay and their owners weren't cleaning up after their dogs pooped, which left a constant smell in the air around the hotel grounds. All the front lobby staff was very pleasant and helpful. I will never stay here again.

Thank you for staying with us and for your feedback. As an extended stay hotel we try to give the feeling of apartment living. We offer housekeeping services to guests staying longer than 8 days. We also keep all towels, linens, and kitchen accessories at the front desk, which can be requested at anytime. I am sorry our front desk staff did not go over these details with you at check in. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at

Roof was leaking when I got there. They were doing an audit or something which I guess they do every night, so I had to wait an hour til they were done to check in. Room wasn't awful but not worth the price. Finally, because I booked through Expedia, and the front desk people don't know what the hell they are doing they charged my card a second time. I pointed out the issue to them and they admitted they were wrong, but have yet to put the money back into my account. Keep giving me some bs excuse about needing a specific employee to do it. I'm probably going to have to go in there personally now and I don't live in Natomas. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE, if you can avoid it. Worst hotel experience ever!!!

Understaffed

Our desk clerk was working solo on Labor Day holiday, he did well but needed assistance.

We waited an hr and a half to get into our room even though we showed up at 7pm and check in was at 3pm. The poor staff seemed at a loss for what to do it was as if they were completely understaffed and mismanaged.

Didn't receive receipt after leaving, still has not showed up on bank statement. Caked to request email receipt, still have not received it.

Nice area and quiet

Attended Joyce Meyer conference and the hotel was in close vicinity. When I returned the hotel wasn't scary and it was quiet. The check in clerk was very friendly. I wanted to ask a question at the frontdesk regarding my room after I settled in, called from room but got hung up on before I could. Otherwise a very nice place to stay.

Old and dingy

The finishes were chipped, partially missing. Outlet panel in kitchen area didn't work, bedside light didn't work. Had to plug in lamp, clock. Moved recliner chair and it had dirt/dust like it hadn't been moved nor vacuumed in a while. Shelf in closet broken. Waited 10 minutes (at least) before anyone came out to check me in.
