Worst hotel stay ever

No amenities for this hotel being an extended stay hotel. No shampoo, coffee pot, utensils, etc.
The room as not the cleanest. I had to wipe down all counters myself because they were sticky. I had no toilet paper in my room when I checked in. I was told if I needed fresh towels, I had to bring my dirty ones to the front desk for replacements. There was no daily cleaning service provided. The population of most guests were undesirable. Let's just say I was on a different schedule (guests were up all hours and I was in town for work). Too many dogs barking and crying during my stay and their owners weren't cleaning up after their dogs pooped, which left a constant smell in the air around the hotel grounds. All the front lobby staff was very pleasant and helpful. I will never stay here again.

Thank you for staying with us and for your feedback. As an extended stay hotel we try to give the feeling of apartment living. We offer housekeeping services to guests staying longer than 8 days. We also keep all towels, linens, and kitchen accessories at the front desk, which can be requested at anytime. I am sorry our front desk staff did not go over these details with you at check in. This has been addressed moving forward. We are sorry for your experience but invite you back so we can have the opportunity to show you a much better stay. Safe travels.
