Family visit

Stay was fairly quiet, even next to the ice machine. Breakfast was good. Lampshades in room need replaced.

Super attentive and thoughtful staff!

Pros: Location
Cons: Only suggestion--bed in room 123 was too soft for our liking.
Location: We attended an Ultimate Frisbee tournament at Maidu Park.
From the moment we walked in the door at 1130pm on a Friday night to our Monday morning departure we were greeted and treated with genuine courtesy and friendliness. The breakfast staff were cheerful, always smiling, making solid eye contact while keeping the buffet stocked. One particular shout out to the woman in charge of cleaning up the Monday buffet. We arrived in the breakfast room at 910a not realizing that the breakfast service ended at 9a. She was already hard at work putting things away, locking refrigerators, etc. she graciously and without any mention of our timing err undid her work in order for us to have a complete and unhurried meal. We were so appreciative. Thank you!

Stay at the Courtyard right next door.

Rude front desk--waited forever because she was on the phone talking to another hotel about pony service animals?! Lumpy pillows and mattress. First floor rooms smell of chlorine. Water and mildew stains on ceilings. Carpet slick with who knows what. Bathroom floors dirty. Just terrible. Stayed at the Courtyard last year and it was being updated much nicer and staff was super friendly.

Have stayed here before but this time was bad, front desk was a mess, guy had no idea. Messed up my points. No rooms till like 4:00 pmbiggest thing for me was pool closed, no signs on desk or on website, show up at the ready ready to go swimming and a tiny sign on door, unclassy

Old rooms

I was surprised how old the room was- popcorn ceiling and drab wallpaper. The staff was great, continental breakfast was good too! Just olds rooms...

Check your prices before the deadline

Overall it was fine. I got an email as I was driving there quoting $50 less than I booked for and they were willing to work w/ me but hotels.com kept me on hold for over a half hour once they heard that I wanted the cheaper price :( finally had to hang up.

THe walls were too thin that you can hear the people's conversations from the next room, even when they're talking in normal voice. We also got unlucky that the person right next door was playing very loud music very late at night while my family were trying to sleep. I had to go up to the front desk to complain.

Staff very friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable Was pleased at size and condition of bathroom....lots of counter space for my bath essentials,hair and make up items. Decent breakfast. I will definitely stay here again
