Dirty, sticky room. Noisy guests, no rules

Nearly every surface (counter, table, bathroom floor, night table) was sticky. Other guests roaming around trying other room door handles. Noisy. Staff does not enforce the quiet hours policy that everyone signs when checking in. Kids running around up and down stairs and yelling until midnight. Drugs. Dangerous. Bed was lumpy and hard. Chair at table was cheap and uncomfortable. As a business man traveling for a whole week, I checked out after day 2 to stay somewhere else.

Good location

Pros: As stated above.
Cons: For an economy motel, nothing.
Good for an economy motel. Bed was comfortable, bathroom facilities were fine. Amenities such as breakfast was minimal, coffee only. No room coffee, refrigerator, microwave were offered. Location off of Howe Ave, Sacramento was convenient, also access to #50 freeway. Receptionist was friendly, helpful. For a one night stay, we stay here again. Motel has secured gate parking.

Great hotel close to the main road.

Great hotel, great location and great staff. But I full a little bit dist inside.

Inexpensive & good location

Inexpensive & gated hotel which is good for safety. No fridge & microwave. No breakfast. Thin walls because I could hear others watching tv, people walking outside or knocking on the door next to mines. If noise bothers you then this place isn't for you. Room reeked of smoke even tho it was a NON smoking room. I just needed a quick place to stay for the night so I settled for this. Paid $51 by using my expedia points to knock some $ off.

Always clean and quiet. We are currently living out of motels while looking for permanent housing this place is great for the price
