Always clean and quiet. We are currently living out of motels while looking for permanent housing this place is great for the price

The room from first glace seemed nice but looking closer there were a few things to bring to light. The top blanket either had stains or dirty. It needs to be replaced or washed. The floor needed to be mopped. I took my shoes off and walking from bed to bathroom and back, the bottom of my socks were black. Last the handle on the toilet must haven't been cleaned in a while because it was extremely dirty. I would recommend this hotel if they make an effort to pay attention to detail.

We have stayed here a few times. Great for the price. Entering and exiting the parking lot is a pain.

Too noisy. Not a moment of sleep all night

Pros: Close to where I wanted to be
Cons: While it may not be possible to do structural changes to make it less noisy, the least can be done is to train staff to avoid noisy activities
Location: Granite park is very close, which was the reason I was there.
While I did not expect a luxury hotel amenities and comfort, I did expect to get a decent night sleep. All I got a never ending night. To begin with, the walls are super thin. If anyone turns on the faucet, it makes the immense noise in our room. Then the hotel staff would walk the laundry carts, literally all night, every 1/2 hour. And then they were doing laundry, which means as they turn the water on and off, I would jump off my bed. Luckily I was there for a single night. Never to go back again. In terms of cleanliness it was OK. Smoking is technically not allowed, but a lot of smokers in the parking lot.

Better than I expected

I booked it because the price was cheap, but I will definitely stay here again because it was clean and well appointed. Didn’t use the pool but it looked clean and inviting

HORRIBLE

Big black hairs in the bed, changed rooms and I think because I complained about the hairs in my bed they gave us the worst room they had. Air did not work unless you got up to turn it on every time the room got warm. The bed was awful. Had some sort of pee pad or something plastic that crackles every time you moved. Smelled like stale cigarettes. Staff was not receptive to this complaint on the morning. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Never staying again

Convenient location. Free Wi-Fi. Not much parking. The staff was ok. Bed was very uncomfortable. Pillow were flat. They refused to give me more pillows. Had to use clothes to prop up the pillow to sleep. Bugs in the tub. While we were checking in, a lady was in there complaining about how they charged her twice for the $50 deposit and never refunded any of them. That was discouraging. Needless to say, I won't be back.

Did not even stay.

I had a bad feeling about this hotel before getting out of my vehicle. Expedia let me down. I was looking for near the airport. It was 35 miles away and in a bad section of town. Went to another town and spent another $120.
