Everything about this hotel was excellent. Minutes after arriving in our room we got a call from the front desk making sure everything was OK and that we didn't need anything. The beds were comfortable, the wi-fi was free , all the appliances worked. They served a real breakfast - eggs, french toast, hot and cold cereal, a variety of juices and of course coffee. They slipped the bill for incidentals underneath the door so that all we had to do was leave our card keys in the room to check out. All in all it was a very pleasant and refreshing experience.

Accessibility to the hotel is great. The staff was very pleasant. Rooms need some updating (couch looked dirty, rugs had stains). Breakfast was good and they always kept it filled with product.

The hotel itself is basic and clean. The service? AWFUL. Next time I'm in woodland (was there this time for a huge kids' sporting event) I will stay at the holiday Inn Express next door. We went to check in and out room wasn't ready until 530 (check in is supposed to be 3!)... Many other families had this same problem and instead of an "I'm sorry" or any indication of responsibility for the Mis-hap, we were told "we were full last night." Then when we asked for an extra blanket that night, we were told " I'll look for some. It's hard because there are so many people here." I think you should know as a hotel how many people are there and should be able to anticipate needs a little better. Really not great service!!! The rooms were clean, though , and we were exhausted so we did sleep well...

We stay in hotels about ten times a year through out the country and this hotel is definitely on our top two for its price.
