Had a musty smell. Coffe n creamer amenities were not sufficient in room. Staff was unwilling to accommodate with more outside chairs at the pool. Said they couldn’t move chairs from one patio to another even though the other patio was not being used by any guests and the pool was very crowded… we just wanted more chairs by pool.

We arrived at 145 and tried to check in and it was too early. We left for an all day volleyball tournament.We came back at 930 pm with our tired 13 year old daughter. The system was down to check in. Sat in the lobby for an hour and a half. Clerk was rude and not very helpful. Seems unreal there is not a manual backup plan. Will never stay at a hilton again

Rooms are clean and location is great. Check in was 3:00 we arrived at 4:10 and our room wasn’t ready for another 15 min. Room key didn’t work once we got to the room. 3 parking lights were out in the same clustered area.

Paid extra for a king suite, and upon arrival was told that wasn’t available. And the staff member up front was a bit condescending and rude when asked why I was staying at the hotel.
