The staff was super peppy and helpful. Have airport transportation was the icing on the cake! We had a very early flight leaving and we were able to go ahead and return the car shortly after check in.

Everything great but the airport shuttle, when got to hotel wanted to reserve space for shuttle and already booked and I had no other way to get to airport and chose this hotel because of airport shuttle. Front desk however found one space just was stressful to think I was going to setup my own transportation to airport.

Toilet was still dirty from the last stay, I had to request a reclean, rooms need updating, there was a large spider web in the corner of the room, furniture is old and stained, carpet can use washing in the rooms

We have stayed here many times. However the hotel is badly in need of new furniture, paint and carpets in the rooms, plus a good cleaning in the hallways. The breakfast has deteriorated and they no longer have the managers cocktail hours which were always a draw. Probably be looking for a different place to stay on our next trip

My room for the night was facing the freeway. It was very loud and I was unable to sleep. Also the couch was really dirty. I should have asked for a different room. The breakfast was nice and shuttle to the airport very nice.

Staff: very helpful and pleasant. Check in and check out was painless. Check on took perhaps 3 minutes and they were expecting us. Check out took less than 30 seconds. Room: large king size bed, Lots of USB A ports available to charge devices. There were a few USB c ports as well. There was a small kitchen with garbage disposal, refrigerator, coffee maker, very small dining table. A/C and heater worked fine. Bathroom: clean, nice but not new plumbing fixtures. Separate rooms for sink and separate room with toilet and shower/bathtub stall. Lots of towels and lots of shampoo, body wash available. The wallpaper was peeling in a very small area near the toilet. The facility certainly wasn't brand new, and the dark colors in the interior made thi gs look a little somber. Free wifi, but to get it free you need to sign up with Hilton Honors, and you have to agree to their terms. The wifi wasn't blazing fast: 10-15 MBPS. Very good variety for the free breakfast, starts at 6 am. There was a room with a computer, but since it was fairly far away from our room, we didn't use it. Lots of parking, though stalls on narrow side. Lots of fast food places nearby: Dennys, Sizzlers, Popeyes, Panda Express, In and Out Burger to name a few. Close to airport (maybe 10 minutes). Overall a good experience and I would certainly use this facility in the future if needed.

I was surprised to see how dilapidated this hotel was given that the area is primarily new builds. Wallpaper was peeling off in my room and there was notable damage to the carpeting in high traffic areas of my room. Several of the soap or lotion containers were also empty (or did not dispense). All this while the hotel was still collecting mandatory fees for incidental damage….what is that money being used for? The real kicker….and admittedly this was not one they could really control aside from wall thickness but it was unpleasant to have to overhear….the enjoyment of a couple in the adjacent room.
