We had a roll away bedPosted Sep 29, 2015
Apparently there was a spider in our roll-away. Bit my son on in the face, now it's swollen. Told the staff and a manager who comp'd our incidental charges and apologized.

Big hotelPosted Sep 28, 2015
I stayed one night - it was awful Motel 6 would had been a better choice. There was a fight in the hallway during the night, called security when they finally arrived the fight was over and the guests were long gone. All night long the people partied in the next room. Upon checkout the staff person took my complaint told me they would make it up to me by giving me points for a night stay in the future. Of course that never happened. Won't be going back there EVER !

Excellent hotel well located.Posted Sep 14, 2015
Pros: Great decor, comfy bed, great bathroom.
Location: Convention Center, Capitol
I travel a lot, and this is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. Rivals much more expensive hotels. The room was spotless and tastefully decorated in a modern decor. The bed was VERY comfy. The bathroom was gorgeous with beautiful fixtures and the perfect shower head with great water pressure. It is mere steps from the Convention Center and Capitol. Absolutely no complaints. I plan to stay here every year during this conference.

Capital view, but thin wallsPosted Aug 31, 2015
Hotel is nice, but I was here on Friday and Saturday night with both night being awaken by neighbors. The walls are very thin and could here the conversation next door. Also if there during a convention, expect waits at the elevators

Downtown AwesomePosted Aug 25, 2015
Pros: We loved the location to downtown / Old Town. we walked everywhere.
Cons: The only thing lacking was Parking was not included - $17/day. No refrigerator in the rooms - just a "you touch it - you buy-it mini bar.
while the location was awesome for sight seeing and dining and just walking ... It is crazy what makes me happy about hotels - good size bathroom and great water pressure! Elevators were super quick also. Everyone we talked to was super nice and helpful whether it was dining tips or directions or just a simple hello!

Pros: Location was great!! Bar and pool area was great!! Staff was great!!
Cons: Noise from the plumbing. I could hear the water running from everyone's showers nearby.
Location: Great location across from the Capital.
Fast check-in and check-out from a friendly staff. Room amenities were nice. Bathroom was decent though the shower was a little dated and really needed a new shower head. Water pressure could have been better.
