Nice hotel close to Sac State

The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. Nothing over the top but perfect for a 2 day stay in the city.

OK stay in uptown Sacramento

Pros: Close eating places, close to American river.
Cons: Bed and hot tub
Location: Walk on river levy
Nice looking hotel with places to eat nearby. Take an go breakfast good choices. Room 212 had worst bed ever rolled to center told mgt to replace it. That room above entry door so noisy as loud guest came and went. Check in staff should know to use that room as last one! Hot tub empty.

Your issue in regards to the location of the room will be communicated to the front desk so that we ensure an issue like this does not happen again. I do apologize about the hot tub not being in working order. As we are currently working on removing the hot tub and we will be placing an outside firepit. Again, thank you for staying with us.

nice hotel - but had a major security issue

My stay was fine - but unfortunately another guest had a UHaul trailer stolen from the parking lot overnight. I felt so bad for her! Breakfast is basic, cookies are good - cleanliness good. Overall a nice place.

The Hotel with broken everything

Pros: Pure disappointing
Cons: All of the amenities should be checked daily and made sure there in working order...After all, that what we are paying for...
1st of all i picked this hotel because my finance have a injured foot and wanted to soak it in the hot tub...The hot tub was broken..I also picked this hotel for the DVD player..The dvd player on played distorted sound and no picture...Theres no hot breakfast...They should advertise it as breakfast snacks..I was excited about the complimentary clothes washing facility...Too bad the clothes dryer didnt generate any heat...I only dried 2 items and when i retrieved them from the dryer after 45 minutes...The items was just as wet as there were when i took them out of the washing machine.. I stayed there for 2 nights...I called the front desk and arranged for house keeping to clean my room at 2pm...I came back to my hotel room around 9pm and my room wasnt clean...I called downstairs and finally had some clean the room...Some many disappoints that i complained about to the staff with no compensation or solutions..They was eager to have me come back as a return guest....I've never been to hotel where everything was broken...No thank you..Free cookies couldn't replace the money I paid for certain amenities.. Nice staff. Rooms are just OK. Were probably top notch when the hotel was new, but could use some updating. The lighting in the bathroom is not fantastic. Too dark in the shower to shave. They allow pets, which I think is great, but my friend had to change rooms because hers was infested with fleas😕

Quiet area

We were only staying a couple of nights, and offering breakfast was a reason we booked here. On arrival, no staff mentioned that hey no longer offer. I addressed it a little later day of check in, and was told they no longer offered breakfast through the week. They did offer a $5 Starbucks card (2 of us staying in hotel)

Could have been better.

The cleanliness could have been better. There dishwasher malfunctioned causing water to go everywhere. Housekeeping was horrible. I can say Sean the manager did his best to alert it right.

Noise through the night

Unchaperoned teens in the next room -- loud TV and music through the night. Complained to no avail. Five minutes later, noise is back. Spoke at length with manager, who said he "threatened" to kick them out after multiple complaints, but never did. Terrible, terrible experience I wouldn't wish on anyone. Total lack of concern for paying guests.
