Check in was quick and the woman at the desk was very friendly. The carpet in the hallway was dirty and it was obvious that it hadn't been properly vacuumed in awhile, we were worried that the room would be the same. Happy to report that the room was very clean. However, in a room that sleeps four, there were only two towels! The bathroom remodel looks good, but is completely impractical. There isn't any place to put your toiletries, there weren't any towel bars, where do they expect us to hand the hand towel?! The toilet paper holder wasn't installed properly and the roll kept falling off. Not enough hangers in the closet.
The breakfast was one of the worst I have experienced. Sausage patties swimming in oily water, pre-fried eggs that had the consistency of the rubber play eggs Ina children's kitchen. Coffee was undrinkable and the fruit selection was a few dusty-really!- apples. I'm not expecting fancy, but certainly edible.
The final draw was the leaf blowers outside our windows at 8:00am on a Sunday morning!
This hotel had very clean rooms, but the rest of it cannot be recommended.

Thank you for your constructive criticism. We will talk to our supplier, Sysco Foods, to see if we are buying the wrong kinds of items. I am happy to report that, thanks to feedback like yours, we are starting to install towel bars in our bathrooms. As for the rogue leaf blower, I will visit our neighboring office complex and tell them to make sure their leaf blowers don't run so early in the morning. Thanks again for your input and, rest assured, we will address all of the issues you are bringing to our attention.
