Horrible!!!

Pros: The breakfast was edible.
Cons: The rooms would have to be cleaned and repaired.
Location: Surrounded by fast food places and an IHOP. Nice places to eat require driving.
Tub & toilet dirty!!!! Put plastic bag over toilet seat before I would sit down. No towels in room. When requested, they did not deliver. I picked up in the lobby myself. The carpet had stains throughout. The tub surround had been patched badly. Hair in toilet and in tub. I would not want my dog to stay here. Horrible.

The hotel is close to the airport.

Pros: It is fairly close to the airport.
Cons: More maintenance and a change to the TV system.
Location: Near the airport and freeway off ramp. Not much else to say for the location.
This is an aging property and maintenance has not kept up. The card key did not work on the pool gate. The pool towels are small, old and in need of replacement. The TV took numerous tries to get turned on. Once the TV was on it would turn itself off after a while and sometimes would turn itself back on. When it turned itself back on at 1:30 AM I finally just pulled the plug.

There was dirty tissues under the be and the bathroom door knob was almost completely off. The beds were comfortable but they had a whole stack of nasty mattress by the dumpster that made you want to check your own out. Kinda gross. Breakfast buffet that was a joke. But at least the IHOP was within walking distance. Convinent location. It was an ALRIGHT motel..

Lumpy bed. Poor a/c

The room was noisy. The labels on the A/C were so worn that that they were illegible. The bed was lumpy. The room had not been updated in decades.

Was close to freeway. Clean room. Friendly staff. Good continental breakfast. Mexican restaurant behind hotel was great

We need a handicap accessible room.

Our needs were met for handicap room and a late arrival. The clerk was friendly and helpful however our room was full of spider webs.

Awful Hotel

Pros: nothing
Cons: everything
Location: not a great area.
Room had food on the floor, bed looked as someone had taken a nap on it. Bath tub was dirty, clean bags filled with trash sitting in the open by the walkways. Not to mention the clerk kept giving us different reasons why we couldn't check in.

Bad Experience

The room smells really bad and the AC didn't work. it was really hot inside, and the room smelled horrible, we tried to turn the AC on and it didn,t works. we couldn,t sleep the whole night and when we finally could sleep in the morning, the fire alarm went on and woke me up. I was scared and mad. we decided to leave early and went back home. The wors experience ever.
