Unfortunately, I cannot recommend staying at this location. Although I booked a non-smoking room, the entire room smelled of smoke. The initial part of the evening was quiet, and the staff was very helpful in accommodating my request for a quiet part of the property. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful which is a positive for this stay. Unfortunately, in the middle of the night, there were loud disruptions and ruckus coming from the outside. I got a terrible nights sleep and was not comfortable my entire stay.

This hotel is maintained like cheap motel. Very dirty, scary, smelly and very unhygienic. It was very difficult to spend one night in that dirty room for $90 a night, while this place doesn’t even deserve $10 a night. It looked like this place is only for homeless druggies.

You don't always get what you want!
The place is what anyone should expect for a hundred dollars a night. No coffee in the morning, TV was a pain in the ass, noisey people upstairs and fake wood flooring only make it that much worse!!!! I don't do road rage antics but I did go upstairs politely. Family of Four. No English.Japenese! 🙄

Horrible - Worst Experience
It was horrible. I could not stay there due to roaches and the door would not lock . I was staying by myself and had to leave and keep driving due to feeling unsafe there.

Do not stay here until renovations are made!!
Horrible hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Here's a rundown of the many issues we encountered during our stay: First, the receptionist wasn't sure which rooms had been cleaned when we checked in, so they had to check. We also noticed that people were living in RVs in the parking lot. The room itself was in poor condition, with dirty, poorly patched walls and non-functional lights above the beds. The air conditioning didn't cool the room properly and made crackling and popping noises all night. The sink faucet was loose and had to be held down before turning it on. The plug to the hair dryer was broken open, exposing its insides, and had to be plugged in six inches from the sink. When we turned on the shower, black dirt came out initially, and while it cleared up, the faucet would not turn off properly. They only provided two towels and two washcloths for a room with two queen beds, and the quality of the towels was very poor. We also encountered several cockroaches during our stay, including one that ran out from behind the TV. In fact, we found numerous cockroaches behind the picture in the bathroom, which my daughter bumped into while grabbing her towel. There was no phone, clock, or coffee pot in the room and no way to call the front desk. If every other hotel in the area wasn't sold out due to Aftershock, we would have left this one immediately. I strongly advise against staying at this place until renovations are made.

This property has really gone downhill, the lady at the check-in was great, very personable And helpful, unfortunately the hotel property is not her fault. We booked for three nights, and when we got there and saw how awful it was, we tried to check out early we were even willing to stay and pay for the first night, they would not let us get a refund for the next two nights, so unfortunately, we ended up staying all three nights, the bed felt like we were sleeping on a boxspring, the towels and face cloths we’re all stained, and we’re super thin felt like they came from the dollar store. Lots of people in an out. It was noisy and a lot of pot smoking going on. Definitely felt sketchy. My biggest disappointment was that I even paid for the insurance on the room yet still could not get a refund for two of the three days, not sure what the point of getting insurance is? I will definitely never stay at this property again and would definitely not recommend it to anyone that I care about.
