Descent hotel

Room was clean and nice. Good breakfast. The indoor swimming pool was small and worn!

Great Labor Day trip to Sacramento

Pros: Hotel was quiet in a business park setting. Complimentary breakfast each morning was a plus. Indoor swimming pool is small which was great for kids
Cons: Housekeeping made beds but did not change sheets during our visit. Would have been nice to have sheets changed. Also, could use another TV in room.
Location: Not far from shopping center with Starbucks and fast food. No restaurant on site but near by (across street) Hilton Gardens has an OK restaurant.
We had an great time staying here over Labor Day weekend. Our room overlooked the back of the hotel. We had a two double beds with a pull out sofa. There was a dorm sized refrigerator and a microwave in the room. Front desk staff was always cheerful and answered all of our questions. Coffee and tea was available at front desk 24/7. There is a small market to buy snacks near the front desk. We visited Old Sacramento which was a few freeway exits away. Location is pretty close to Old Sacramento and Downtown Sacramento. If you have a car and don't mind driving to visit these locations, this hotel is perfect. Overall, I would definitely stay here again for our next trip to the area.

Driving thru

We needed a place to stay while drivng thru sacramento and this hotel was perfect! (Beside that our room was a little small (for our family of 5) and a clutter of newspaper and magazines) hot breakfast, pool, and a great price!

Everything was nice! Except pool was small and cold. It would be nice if they can improve that.

nice hotel close to Sacramento Int'l Airport

Pros: Clean, included all needs for a good night's sleep and breakfast before flight.
Location: Close to airport and restaurants
Stayed one night before leaving Sacramento on a flight to Oregon. Very clean. Nice hotel staff--front desk, cleaning staff, breakfast attendant. Attractive, clean room and public areas. Very good free breakfast. Many healthy choices. Close to airport and dining choices.

Not going back

Cons: If a guest asks for a quiet room...don't put them near an elevator; put them far from main traffic areas.
I asked for "A quiet room on the top floor". I was given my room which was right next to the elevator. I thought...well, they know their hotel and which rooms have which guests...so I went into my room. At 6:00am the next morning I was awakened by a lot of noise...people talking, objects being drug across the floor, doors closing, bumps on the walls. It lasted for at least 20 minutes. After 10 min, I gave up on sleeping and got up since I had no choice. When I checked out I asked the clerk, "Does the cleaning staff start at 6am..do they gather near the room I was in?" He looked at the map of the property and finally said, "I really don't know..." I asked for the manager and he said, "There aren't any managers here on the weekend". I checked out...not rested, and not ready to resume my drive to Oregon. I called the manager and left a voice mail explaining the situation and offering her a chance to make things right; we did not reach an agreement. If nothing else, a person paying for a hotel room should get a night of rest..and not have to get up at 6:00 am on a Sunday when a perso needs sleep.
