Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback on your most recent stay with us. I see you stated that you had selected a king size bed, and I would just like to clarify on this matter. In our system and on Expedia, it shows you booked a standard suite which is a studio suite and REQUESTED a king size. Unfortunately upon arrival, we had no king suites to upgrade you to or accommodate your request however you did only end up paying the amount for the standard suite price through a discounted rate as you booked through a third party.

My Staybridge suite was very clean and met all my expectations. Breakfast is included daily plus happy hour Monday to Wednesday. I had a one bedroom apartment. I wish the windows could open.

The place is great but my room didn’t have a curtain . They put a paper curtain to make the room dark . Not really a good first impression. Everything was pretty clean and the location is great.

The hotel was located hidden behind a shopping area close to the freeway. It still felt safe and you couldn’t hear the highway. The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly.
Cons: the elevator was slow a lot of the times. We had a housekeeper come in at 10:20 and said that check out was at 10 on weekends. Our paperwork says 11AM. We were confused. The front desk was apologetic and said they would talk to their staff member. I thought that was extremely weird and I should’ve just called the front desk instead of listening to the housekeeper.

I stayed in a suite for the weekend. The only thing that didn't please me was the hidi bed couch. It was not pleasant at all. The couch was beat up and the mattress was awful for someone to sleep on.

The room was spacious. Staff friendly. No one cleaned our room in the three days we stayed. Had to ask for towels. Had a fire and was woken with "NO IDEA OF WHAT WAS GOING ON OR WHAT TO DO" The night person. ONLY ONE FOR THE ENTIRE FACILITY. Had no direction how to handle the problem. We were woken at 1 AM one other night by phone calls to our room no one on the line. MANAGEMENT NEEDS THERE BUTTS KICKED!!!! LF

Stayed here for show at Thunder Valley Casino. We Uber’s to and from the venue. Worked great! Our room was in the refurbished area. Very nice.

We loved their indoor pool and hot tub. That was a big plus for the family with children. My one complaint is that there were a few hairs in the bathroom and on the carpet.

Incredible customer service. We were there for many days for a family funeral and the front desk took phenomenal care of us. The whole staff was very friendly. The newly remodeled rooms are AMAZING!
