“The Hampton Inn has always been a reliable, warm, and welcoming hotel. The one in Sherman TX is no exception. Delaney at the front desk was WONDERFUL, even at 11pm. Check in was EASY and QUICK. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, even though I've experienced some breakfasts that were very unpleasant. I highly recommend!”

Telephone didn't work, floor of the shower was dirty, urine in the toilet when we arrived, curtains were broken and we hade a room with the bright l.e.d. light post right outside, shower smelled of sewage, carpet felt as if juice had been spilled on the floor and not properly cleaned, bugs in the room, the courtesy products left by the hotel for guests were opened and used, and……
