Great suite

We stayed in their king suite with jacuzzi tub. Room was very large and clean, bathroom was very small but otherwise no issues throughout our stay.

Staff was very helpful. Would have been nice if tbe pool didn't suddenly become "closed" .

We usually have good experiences with Best Western... this one wasn't great. The light in the bathroom didn't come on all the time and the fan sounded like a jet airplane... crazy loud! Everything else was okay... but the bathroom situation was beyond annoying.

Nice Place, good valueke

Pros: Staff were very courteous and friendly
Cons: carpet cleanliness in the room
Location: Kachina Mineral Spa was very nice
The hotel was nice, very pleasant staff, great breakfast, a bit noisey from highway traffic and the housekeeping carts on the tile walkways outside the rooms. Comfy beds, GREAT pillows. Everything workeost well, except the TV remote, which lost programming every time you turned the TV off. Overall a good value and good location.

Comfy clean stay

Got a nice room for two as I have family in Safford. The room was clean, bed was comfy, service was prompt and friendly, ac was a bit loud, but kept us cool. No complaints really. I usually stay here when I visit :)

House keeping came in a couple tines through out the morning before check out which was frustrating because we were up all night with a new born. The toilet and sink were running all night too.
