Nice staff, didn't get the room I paid for.

After making a last minute reservation, I was thrilled to have found a king bed. After me and my 3 year old made it down to the room I quickly noticed I did not get the nonsmoking room I paid for. We went back to the receptionist to change rooms. The receptionist told us that the room had in fact gone through a renovation and was a smoking room prior. I requested that my rooms be switched not only because it smelled like smoke, but there was no way I was allowing my 3 year old to smell that any longer. There weren't any other king beds available and was put in a queen room. I didn't want to be on the phone with Expedia all night trying to find a different room since it was already so late! The receptionist was helpful but I was extremely disappointed with the room selection after I had already paid for a better one.
