The staff were friendly, room was very clean though a bit shabby (bathroom door jamb near floor had water damage), fluorescent light over vanity was dim, no charging ports … but it was a clean safe place to stay the night!

Definitely one of the older style Best Westerns, clean and tidy, but old style heating and air conditioning. Businesses around here have storage boxes out in the parking lot. The person that registration was very friendly.

The property was not too bad, but I put the little sign outside the door for them to clean my room and they never did. I was there three days and I never clean my room.

Greeted by helpful and efficient desk clerk. We had a good breakfast. There was a stain on the carpet, insufficient lighting in the bathroom and no plug-ins on night stands or lamps.

Not so happy with this place.
Bed was comfortable, but had to have extra blankets brought up because there was only one very thin blanket on the bed. Light in sink room shines directly at bed, so can't use that light and still let somebody sleep. Tub drained much slower than the shower filled it. A/C in bedroom was extremely loud, so had to turn it off and turn on A/C in TV/living room; worked okay. In-room jacuzzi tub had a lot of grit/sand in the bottom before using. Door to room took excessive force to twist handle far enough to unlatch door; at first thought it wasn't working, though light turned green. Lots of issues in this older hotel.

Staff was friendly. Quiet and right off freeway. Close to stores and food options. Clean room. Could provide more than 2 towels but they are quick to give you extra when requested. A PLUS would stay again!!

The staff at the Best Western were great! They were friendly and attentive. The room was eh. There was a HUGE cockroach that made his appearance from behind the fridge. The pillows on the bed were the size of couch throw pillows. There was a group of people standing outside smoking marijuana, which is fine, except the fact that the smoke and smell were so strong and thick it was hard to breath, Im 6 months pregnant and we have an 8 month old, not a good combo.

The property is a motel behind a dirty Chinese restaurant. The walls are thin, difficult to keep the room cool. It is the grungiest hotel I’ve stayed at in Arizona. Half of the outlets in the room don’t work. Beds and pillows are terrible.

Really clean, good breakfast every morning and the staff was very friendly. Only wish the parking area was a little bigger. They did also have a pool but we where to busy and didn't have time to use it

Not a good experience
This place is gross… staff was clueless about policies, no EV charging as advertised and the rooms smell dank like old smoke that was covered up with air freshener. Other residents smoke marijuana on the premises and the gaps in the doors are so big that you can see light through them. The smoke comes in too. So bad, I will never stay here again. This feels like a motel 6

Carpet was dirty and had trash on the floor I found a razor shaver next to one of the beds Shower tub was dirty Bathroom floor was dirty and had trash Please make sure all areas of hotel room are cleaned, I understand sometimes there is a rush. But cleaner rooms = positive reviews
