Great stay !

All was well, but the bathroom was dirty and the toilet was unflushed.

Comfortable rooms

Nice rooms, great air conditioner, did find a dirty towel under sink, superior breakfast. But pool was cloudy and dirty. Husband saw this and decided to get in hot tub. Bubbles were on, so he got in,when they stopped, he rushed out, it was so dirty, you couldn't see the 1st step! Handles were very very loose! Staff was friendly and prompt I, yes I would stay again, but not the pool, shame...

easy hotel

Pros: fair value
easy stay, nice staff. Had to shorten the stay, staff made no fuss and cancel the unneeded night. I stay there a couple of nights month. Rooms are clean, breakfast is ok, overall fair value.

Nice motel with a beautiful views of the mountains

Pros: Clean, comfortable, nice breakfast.
Location: Lots to do. This motel is located in a college town.
I was not happy to pay $25.00 a night for my little dog. Also I was charged $54.00+ for two nights and the charge on my card was $74.00+. We will not stay at that motel again.

ETHOSTREAM internet is so bad !!

Everything was fine except for the Internet Service "ETHOSTREAM" it was terrible, Slow does not even describe this .... un-usable . I called their Tech Support every night and nothing was ever fixed. Claimed that some other folks staying at the hotel were using to much bandwidth ? Somebody needs to address this and get it fixed. Could not even use my business computer to pull up email.

It was really BAD - that they didn't have my reservation???? I had all my paper-work from Hotel.com, I had my Confirmation Number: 13428813051. I had everything for the reservation of my room??? But they couldn't find not one thing with my name or number??? As people were waiting in line behind us?? I was very embarrass by all of this!!! I will think twice before I will use Hotel.com again.
