Karen is overall stupendous!

Karen night auditor front desk agent was stupendous! I had an issue with the room that was booked and she made it possible! I genuinely appreciate her for having the time and effort with me. Thank you and overall, beautiful hotel and utterly clean with stupendous service. Well recommend.

Not sure if I'll stay again

Room didn't smell clean. They had shutters but they didn't close correctly and there was no way to make room dark. Indoor pool was freezing. Breakfast was good Location was the best part of stay

We were so pleased to see that you enjoyed the location and your breakfast. It is true we do utilized upgraded plantation shutters instead of black out drapes, our apologies if they were not to liking in regards to blocking light. Our very large indoor pool is kept at an industry standard of 81 degrees and we realize this is not everyones ideal temperature. Our large indoor hot tub is kept at 102 degrees and the saunas can be adjusted by the guests. My apologies if this was not to your liking or led you to not fully enjoy your stay.

Priced too high for the room conditions

Pros: Bed was decently comfortable. Breakfast was good but not worth the extra money you pay for a less than average room. Cons: Overpriced. We chose this hotel because it was a little more expensive (the whole get what you pay for thing)....we wish we had gone with a regular $60 room at another motel instead because it probably would have been the same experience....we feel like we paid an extra $50 for warm powdered eggs and some bacon. We found multiple dead bugs upon arrival to our room. The air conditioner worked but not very well.

The items that you have mentioned will be addressed. Our full hot breakfast does offer eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, a variety of Danish, fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt and oatmeal. Our eggs are a liquid egg product, but I assure you are not powdered. I hope you were able to enjoy our saunas, large indoor pool or our very large hot tub during your stay with us.

Safford, az quality inn

We had a handicap family member, so handicap room. There were no rooms with walkin showers. There were lots of grab bars, that helped. The pocket door to the bathroom was damaged, and difficult to open and close. We did recommend repair person.

Stayed at same hotel 10 years ago ....has not been upgraded ....staff was very nice ...breakfast was minimal....need hot water available for guests that don't drink dairy...price wise not worth it
