Nice hotel very pleasant

Stayed there 4 nights and 5 days and I felt right at home. The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna were amazing my kids loved them:)

Very nice needed a lil more cleaning but the breakfast area was very clean and nice thank you !!!

Outside appearance met expectations, third party booking made check in and out efficient, staff smiling and made eye contact, easy to engage.

I enjoyed my stay very much! I felt comfortable & safe ..important to an out of state senior traveling alone! I was especially impressed w/desk clerk Jamie. She was professional , helpful & very nice to me & other guests that I observed. You are my hotel of choice when I return to Safford.

Cons: A more knowledgeable staff and effort to care about the lost reservation. Clerk had a terrible attitude and we had to get the manager to correct the
Third party booking thru ORBITZ was terrible. No record at the motel of the reservation. Took 2 hours for ORBITZ TO TRACE THE ORDER; THEN MOTEL DID NOT WANT RECOGNIZE THE RATE.

The AC in the room was very weak. It was very humid in the room, so we had to move. Other than that, the stay was very pleasant.

We were pleased to see that you had a pleasant stay and were disappointed that the temperature of the room was not satisfactory upon your arrival. Given it is Arizona and quite hot, we do turn on all the a/c units for incoming reservations and a number of them for "walk ins". I will look into why this may have fallen thru the cracks. Again my apologies and your experience will be used during team member training sessions to assure all of our valued guests have a pleasant stay. The staff was ok. Didn't give much info on the hotel. The room was poorly lit,the fridge barely kept my insulin cool and the a/c did a poor job of cooling the room. The breakfast was free, and mediocre at best. If it had not been so late, we would have found a new place. It was a bed it an overly warm room. When we told the receptionist when checking out, we never even gI've n so much as an I'm sorry. Very disappointed in this stay.

Terrific service

Power was out due to hellacious storm. Sarah still managed to check everyone in using a flashlight and her cell phone. Inexpensive, comfortable, and better than average breakfast.
