The staff was great. The rooms are a bit dated. The business center was not functional, so I had to have my daughter print out my boarding pass and parking coupon for Seattle since the front desk couldn't figure out how I could email them and print my documents there. The pool was closed 2 of the 3 days I was there and the hot tub was closed the entire time. The card reader for the outside door by my room didn't work so I had to commute the entire distance of the hotel to get to my car.

Free parking is a plus. The hotel is in dire need of repairs. Our room had a half torn out screen, a cream cheese package and beer bottle behind a nightstand. The front desk ppl were nice.

Despite several walks down to the front desk, there were people running up and down the halls all night, screaming, and slamming doors. The pool area had litter and left behind clothing items on the tables and floors.

Property is nice. Breakfast is nice. There is no elevator and the staff did not accommodate for the elderly, still put us in the 2nd floor. Hot tub is not functional. Pool is not clean. Pool shower is broken.

The hotel was clean and organized. The 1st night there I enjoyed my stay but on my second day there when I walked to the receptionist she was rude an arrogant as if she didn’t want to speak to us. Made us all feel uncomfortable and we ended up leaving half way through our stay.

Apparently the hot tub has been down since July but when we booked it never said that, also still doesn’t say that on Expedia normally they will cross it out if something is wrong. Also when got to the check in staff was rude about it when we asked and said it’s been broken only a couple months. July is not a couple of months. You could have offered me a refund for your amenities not working because that’s literally not my fault instead was just ignorant. Breakfast was the typical type at hotels. Our room was clean but the tub bottom looked dirty.

The lobby was beautiful the kitchen area was absolutely adorable. I loved the vibe of the place. The staff were all great very helpful and polite. I picked that place for the Jacuzzi so was disappointed when we got there and it wasn't working but they offer an adult swim from 10pm-12am which I have never seen before and was awesome. Would most definitely go back

Great, comfortable hotel. Only negative would be that the hot tub was not working and that is the 1 reason we chose this hotel over others.

My experience had highs and unfortunate lows. The sweet lady doing housekeeping was wonderful, i wish I remembered her name. She brought warm blankets to my room with a smile and friendly conversation. The front desk evening person I was less than impressed with. At check in she stated "if you need anything I will get it for you, if I'm able." As in please don't bother me. Both evenings in my coming and going from the property not only was she kicked back with her feet up, she never looked up from her phone, not once, I came and went at least 3 times each evening, totalling 12 missed opportunities to be the friendly face of your chain, sadly that was not the case.

Well they don't tell you about 60 charge but that was fine. The kicker after kids went to bed noticed the heat did not work,would not stay on...upon further inspection the outer did not have a cover on it, witch is a fire hazard...told them the following morning, oh you didn't tell them s last night, was not going to wake the kids up.. Pool had a light under the water that is becoming detached from the wall and is also dirty needs a good cleaning. The keyless entry side door became detached from wall and was hanging their..Told them about it and they stuck it up with double sided tape.. Dog in another room kept parking. While it does have issues, it was comfortable, things need to be fixed.
