We are a family of 3, traveled 6 hours, got in late, pjs on, pulled back covers & found a stain top right corner. So my son slept on the other side & we took the other bed. We thought it was too late to deal with & let the lady at the front desk know about it when we were checking out to see if they would maybe give us a discount or make it better. She said you didn't even pay me you paid Expedia sorry. She said next time you can call me with what you need before you stay. There will not be a next time plenty of other hotels in the area for a fast college visit.

I am sorry. I did check your room/bed after you left and I see how it looked stained but it was just thread bare in that spot. That sheet shouldn't have been on a bed because they appear stained when thread bare so I do apologize for that and I have discussed this with the housekeeping staff but I assure you they were clean sheets. Our friendly staff is always happy to help guests no matter the time with any needs they may have, I am sorry you didn't give us a chance to help you.
