My place in Saginaw Michigan

When I visit Bay City, I always stay at Comfort Suites in Saginaw because of past service there and the proximity of Comfort Suites to the surrounding eating establishments that I frequent. On this stay, I was assigned a room (208) that was next to the elevator. While the room condition was fine, the elevator noise was not. After bringing this to the attention of the staff, I was transferred to another room (216) further down the hallway. Just an example how the staff goes out of it’s way to please.

Great location terrible eggs

The location was great close to where I had my meetings. Personnel and the rooms where very nice. Had fun in the pool. There was room for improvement in the breakfast foods (extremely fake scrambled eggs) and the maintenance areas. Hot tub out of order, exterior door slammed shut every thing (very load), and the grounds were full of litter. Easy fixes to bump up to the next level.

Decent

Sink drain slow. Low water pressure in shower. Toilet slow flushing. Pool not inviting. Hit tub out of order.

I do apologize for the less than great experience you had at our hotel, we will strive to improve as well as repair the issues you encountered. We will unfortunately be removing the hot tub as the extensive repairs it needs are not possible.

Was very disappointed that the hot tub was not working. Was what i was looking forward to . Was very disappointing. NOBODY said anything

I do apologize for the hot tub being unavailable to you, unfortunately it is going to be removed due to the scope of the repairs it would take for it to function again. We have done all we can to get the spa off of all websites but unfortunately we are unable to get all of them.

Disappointed that the hot tub was not working, after a long day of travel was looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub.

Great hotel, central to everything. Kids loved the fact it was next to Sky Zone. Beds were comfy and room easily slept 5. Buffet breakfast had a good selection of both warm and cold breakfast items. The hotel was full of hockey players but still remained fully stocked @ the breakfast buffet, which was impressive. Our daughter was really impressed there was hot chocolate available as it is usually just tea and coffee. We asked for directions to Birch Run and the lady @ the front desk was extremely helpful. Overall a great experience

Unhappy shoppers

We booked our room months ago. Thought we had a pool and hot tub. My friends and I get together at least 4 times a year. We shop and like to relax in a hot tub. By the time we found out it was down we had already payed. We even considered going somewhere else. But tired and hungry we just stayed. Not happy

I am very sorry the hot tub was not available to you for your stay. We have removed it from websites as we will be forced to remove the hot tub itself due to the scope of repairs necessary for it to finction again properly.
