Pillows and bathroom are to small. I like full size pillows not ones that are 12 in square

Nice hotel and very close to shopping

Pros: I've always liked Country Inn and Suites
Cons: Nothing
Location: Very nice and close to shopping
Very nice stay. Breakfast was good. Nice pool. Nice room. Upgraded us to a suit which was nice.

Shopping at Birch Run

Pros: Friendly staff, clean pool and hot tub, good breakfast, close to shopping
Cons: The beds felt old. The bathroom could use a little maintenance (toilet felt wobbly). Cleaning staff could pay better attention to details.
Location: Shopping at Birch Run is why we stay here.
It was a good overnight stay. The beds were a little uncomfortable, but not bad for a single night. The pool and hottub were clean and the breakfast was very good. The staff was quick at getting us checked in and you really can't beat the location if you are planning on shopping at Birch Run outlets. We've stayed at this hotel in the past and I must say that it feels like it is running down. It isn't a bad hotel, but the rooms have room to imrpove.

Nice hotel

This hotel was not far from my home and it was a last minute short stay for me. Nice size room with wet bar, fridge, and microwave.

Disgusting

My room was not clean when I arrived at 11 pm. Hair all over the bed linen and bathroom. Also toilet had feces and dirty rags on The floor.

1sr time staying in your hotel & the front desk was very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was great and the lady was very nice. Will stay again. And the price was good.

Terrible, won't stay again.

Pros: The closeness to shopping.
Cons: All the above we experienced that was bad.
Location: Shopping
The hotel rooms bathroom had bugs in it. The T.V. didn't work and we called to have someone come fix it and no one showed up. The springs in the mattress could be felt on my back. We called for a wake up call and it was 30 minutes late.

The good...front desk check in and check out clerks wonderful. Free cookies and apples. Yummy breakfast. Easy to find. The bad...hotel lobby had litter around, room very noisy, bathroom not cleaned properly, and sheets were disgusting with big yellow stains all over them.

The smell

The hotel smelled terrible from a marijuana convention. They are not allowed to smoke on site, but were allowed to carry into hotel. I had a minor with me playing in a sports tournament, everything was booked, I could not find another room. I was over 5 hours from home. The staff could not understand why I was upset, how would you like to send a minor to a game smelling illegal?
