Good stay but I did have issues with first two rooms stains on blankets first one had blood stains on blankets second one I’m not sure what it was on the blankets they might’ve been clean but I changed rooms just in case everything else was good

Hotel was clean. Staff was great. Booked for 5 people. Rooms states it sleeps 5 people. When we arrive there two queens, that’s it. Can’t do rollaways due to fire marshall. Could either book a second room or make a make shift bed on the ground. Very frustrating!

The hotel was clean and updated. The biggest problem was lack of toilet paper (we had about 1/4 roll when we arrived and no extras) and no conditioner in the provided bottle in the shower. We checked out at around 6 am and the guy behind the counter was super unfriendly and stand offish.

The soaps were scents for men. The po and hot tub were out of order,but didn't say that online. We specifically chose Foir Points because of the pool. Trash can didn't have a trash bag and there wasn't one in the bathroom. You could hear everything through the walls. The beds and pillows were AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE! The water pressure was fantastic! UNO's was delicious! The staff was the best we've had all year.

Unheard of housekeeping practices
We booked a room for two nights, little did we know that extended stay patrons only get their rooms cleaned every other day, according to the day manager who checked us out. After the first night of our stay, my wife and I got ready and left for the day to enjoy the holiday festivities in Frankenmuth Michigan, we were gone from 9am until 10pm. Upon returning to our room, the bed was not made, the bathroom had not been cleaned with the dirty towels left on the floor. I called the front desk and the night manager apologized and said she would bring us a fresh set of towels. When she dropped them off she apologized for she apologized again for missing us that day. There was no mention of the every other day cleaning for patrons who book for more than one night. Not sure which story to believe, but I've never stayed at a hotel with anything less than daily cleaning of rooms. When I booked with Sheraton I was expecting an upscale experience, didn't get it. They also charged us for incidental items in the amount of $50 that was held until we checked out, nobody ever mentioned this charge not even the night manager who checked us in, it came as a total surprise. Maybe you should disclose this charge to your customers before just zapping their checking account.

Pool Closed
We wanted to stay at a place that had a pool. I looked at all the hotels in the area and found this one. Pictures show a great pool. We got there and its CLOSED for renovation. Would like to know that when booking. Excuse given was they were not allowed to update there web site or affiliates with that information from Marriott corporate. Very disappointed especially when you prepay and not get what you expected.
