You Will Want to Stay Here!

Pros: The 2014 Renovation was tastefully done.
This is a great place to stay whether you are in Saginaw for business, or if you are simply looking for a reasonably priced place to stop after shopping in Birch Run.

FREEZING POOL

THE ONLY REASON WE STAY AT FOUR POINTS IS BECAUSE OF THE POOL. WE LIKE THAT WE CAN SWIM OUTSIDE EVEN IN THE WINTER BECAUSE THE POOL IS HEATED. THE POOL HEATING SYSTEM WAS DOWN. SO FOR US THE STAY WAS A BUST.

No one at the desk to check us in when we arrived at 8pm. Waited 10 minutes for staff person to show up. To get to our room, he directed us to go OUTSIDE and walk around the building to an outside entrance... we later realized the hallway where we entered led directly to the front desk. Absolutely no reason for us to use outside entrance. Room was clean, but noisy. At 11pm we could hear people hanging out in the hallway. Bathroom was very clean. The shower set-up was not great; the only way to reach in and turn it on got my husband sprayed in the face. (If you stay there, remember to turn the shower head to the wall before you turn on the water.) No refrigerator in the room. No complimentary breakfast. Next time we're staying at the Hampton Inn. They have never let us down.

good , kids ennoy the pool, nice rooms and comfortable beds clean and nice bathrooms

Great hotel to stay at.

Pros: everything, room layout, coffee maker, fluffy towels. Soft and comfy bed and pillows. Just every thing. as compare to where we staid the night before.
Cons: can not think of anything.
Location: Lots of store and places to eat near by.
After staying at a hotel 3 hours south of this location the two nights before. this Hotel had everything the other was lacking. Of course I paid a lot more per night but it was a very welcome upgrade from the bad nights at the cheaper hotel.

Very Nice Hotel

The only downsides were the thin walls, small bathroom (but shower was great-nice and roomy), and that there were not any microwaves or refrigerators. Staff was great!! Everything was very clean. Kids enjoyed the indoor-outdoor pool.

Horrible Service, Dirty Rooms, 1 Star

Pros: I liked the pool, it was a nice indoor/outdoor pool.
Cons: Cleanliness, customer service, customer satisfaction. When telling the manager about our stay, he told us that there was nothing he was able to do for
Location: Central to Mt. Pleasant and Frankenmuth. Great location for things to do with the family.
Me and my family wanted to take a nice 5 day vacation close to Frankenmuth.. My children were getting ready to go to bed while me and my wife were unpacking and my oldest daughter got into her bed with her younger sister and stuck her foot right into a chewed up piece of gum. After this we went to the front desk to inform them of this. The lady behind the desk was not able to do anything about it. Later that night we went down to the front desk to get towels and another worker was working and we informed her of what happened and she was very helpful in getting us to the correct room. We were switched to the room that we actually paid for "after being told all day the suites with microwaves and the refrigerators were all booked.This room had a serious ant problem, dirty sheets, dirty shower that leaked all over the floor, and neighbors who were screaming and fighting down the hallways all hours of the night. About 3 days into our stay my wife went to the front desk to ask for toilet paper and was told she had to wait for housekeeping to come to our room. She informed them that we were completely out of toilet paper and that my husband was on the toilet. Still the lady behind the desk stated that we had to wait for a housekeeper. Throughout the entire stay, we watched the housekeepers come in and out of the rooms, only going in with sheets. Not once did i see them go into a room with clean blankets or comforters. We brought it up to the manager before leaving and he did nothing
