There was NO hot water - not even warm. I advised the front desk - they knew. Said during renovations - no hot water - entire 2nd floor. I asked to be moved. No could not as booked up for that evening. When I checked in they advised pool not operable during Reno. Did not mention there was no hot water. When I book a room, I expect 3 things - a clean, comfortable bed, a tv, and hot water. I checked out for the 2nd night but it cost me $70 more than planned. Expedia handled the cancellation- they were great!!!!! Thanks Expedia.
