Nice hotel good value but flawed experience

Everything was great about this hotel until some people checked in next or above me at 2 in the morning, turned the television on loud and stomped around for an hour. Not the hotel 's fault but really made for a bad experience. I did not call the desk because I wasn't sure what room these knuckleheads were in and whether or not the hotel staff could do anything about it. What is wrong with some people! This was the night before Christmas Eve.

Ants

Stayed in this hotel over the Thanksgiving Holiday. Staff were ok not super friendly. Our room was nothing to write home about. Had ants in bathroom, shower curtain was ripped and pillows had much to be desired.

We appreciate all the extra help the staff provided to include tourist info and driving directions. Breakfast was excellent.

I had a very enjoyable experience it was close to Bay City downtown easily accessible the amenities and convenience were very satisfying thank you very much .I also enjoyed the breakfast.

Twins

Pros: Clean, very comfortable beds, pleasant staff
I was in town for the birth of my twin grandsons. We had reservations for Wednesday & Thursday nights. When we decided to stay another night the front desk clerk was very accommodating. We checked out on Saturday & Saturday night I realized I could not find my reading glasses. I called the hotel & housekeeping had found them & turned them in to the lost & found and I was able to pick them up the next day.

Nice room, very,very clean!

Pros: All of the above!
Cons: We had no problems!
Location: Convenient to the highway and not far from downtown...close to good restaurants, shopping and gasoline stations!
The hotel staff was friendly and attentive. The room was extremely clean thanks to Lori! All in all a nice quiet stay!

Excellent staff and service!

Pros: The staff was STELLAR! Rooms were super clean.
Cons: The breakfast was a little generic, but good none the less
We arrived at the 3pm check in time, and our hotel staff person was friendly and very informative about the rewards program. She encouraged me to sign up, and then upgraded our room for us! Executive Suite was roomy and very clean, and while we did not take advantage of the Jacuzzi, it looked very inviting! The next morning we realize we forgot a few items, as well as aspirin, and the hotel staff was more than accommodating with this as well. Even up to the minute we checked out that next morning, our staff person asked how I was feeling and if the aspirin helped at all. It was nice to be remembered in such a kind way.
