You get what you pay for.

Pros: The staff
Cons: Almost everything but they are trying. Not immaculate but clean enough for a brief stay.
Location: Very close to the OHL arena but would not recommend walking around in the area. Not the best neighbourhood.
Very friendly and hospitable staff making the very best of an older hotel in a not so desirable area of Town. But you can tell they are trying to clean it up. Very reasonable rates and across the street from a small grocery store. Right off a main highway for easy access.

The bed sheets were stained. The heat did not work.

Staff was not willing to work with me at all over the issue of needing to check out late on our first night when I was sick and still charged us for a full second night as well as didn't give me my military discount even though they had a huge sign that said they offered it and I showed them my valid I'd.

Dirty and unsafe motel.

Our stay was terrible. The room had a smoking odor although we had requested non-smoking. Bedding and carpet were stained. We felt unsafe and police even told us to never come to this location again because area has a high rate. They said in future to stick to the main shopping street in Saginaw (Titabawasee) or stay in Birch Run or Frankenmuth.

Get what you pay for

Cheap, dirty, smelled of stale cigarettes. Dresser was sticky. Bedding was stained.

I got what I paid for, but I didn't pay for someone banging on my door late at night to the point where it scared me. I had 2 small children in the room with me, which made me freak out more.

Most rooms smelled like stale smoke. They allowed us to choose which room we wanted. The new television didn't work and wasn't mounted probably but was fixed shortly after we reported it.
