For the most part this was an ok place to stay. What was wrong was the rude gentleman in the office that I asked to replace the coffee pot in the room because it had a lot of mold growing in it. I would post a pic if I could. It was disgusting and a health hazard. Also the hair dryer did not work. They came into the room while we were gone to empty the garbage but did nothing with the coffee pot or hair dryer. When I left to go home, I pulled the pot out of the coffee maker and left it on the counter so it couldn’t be missed when they cleaned the room #107. Anyone that stays there should check the room right away to make sure all is good in the room.

Room was full of gnats when asked to change rooms I was told they all would be the same that it wasn’t their fault that there was bugs because they were apart of nature then he fussed at me for 10 minutes about the room was clean and the housekeeper’s where nice people then he said he wouldn’t change or refund the room.

They are the most horrible money sucking blood monsters. Tge grandpa is the most evil. Contineyal breakfast is just crappy frootloops with 2 drops of milk and a cold hard frozen bagel. The rooms will be cleaned once a week or twice a week. Dont ask for new towels grandpa accused me of stealing towels. My kid got sick from rhe hotel they are horribke i got stung by bees too On top they threw me out atleast three times..

When we went to check in the guy told us our card was declinded (we were to pay upon check in). When we questioned this he stated its a busy weekend and there are no available rooms. At this point I was starting to get a bit made.I pulled up my reservation on my phone and showed it to him and said so now you are telling me we dont have a room. All of a sudden he says please sign here we have it taken care of but this will be a room with two beds(we reserved a king) by this time Im mad enough he refunded my money and we didnt stay. Do to the LPGA and many other events all hotels were sold out thankfully my brother lives in the area and we stayed with him and his family.

The guy at the desk try t charge me more than the reservation price. Then found out they billed me before we even got there. Also he said the reservation was for 2 and it was for 4. Not very friendly. We checked out and accidentally left something and they said it wasn't there. I will never stay there again.

Really had to work to get the kids to forget the smell of the room and enjoy themselves. Large diesel pickup had the spot in front of our door with trash piled to midwindow on passenger side - started idling loud at 5:30am til it pulled out at 6am. No pool, no breakfast, reservation not recognized charged a bit more ($10) a nite. Other occupants smoking at their door ways for hours with smoke drifting down to our room the whole time. (Don't bother with coffee maker in room - it works - but you won't want the coffee) But not a bad place to crash if you need a place to sleep ($65 a night). AC worked well. Hard to communicate with owner/check in/out clerk.

When i first called i was hung up because the person didnt speak english and couldnt understand me instead of just putting me on hold. When i called back tbey didnt care and just got defensive. When i arrived the staff was still defensive and just made excuses. They have coffee in the room but have no idea what creamer is. Do not come with pets, they are not pet friendly as their signs in 2 places say so. The room smelt awful, the bed was just two sheets put on and tucked in. And the phone didnt even work. Their brekfast area was tiny, had cereal and maybe a bagle, and in the main office which had no seating.

Hotel lobby, if you can call it lobby is very small. Minimal amenities, room doesn’t even have a box of tissue paper. Breakfast is complementary but only has a bag of bagel, a bottle of juice, and cereal with no milk and no coffee. Also no table and chairs, not sure how you are supposed to eat.

I will not stay again. We stayed there before and it wasn't bad. But this stay was not good. Sheets were stained. Only gave us 1 shampoo for 2 people. Air quit working and had to hVe the front desk pop the breaker. Many times I had to go to office to complain.

First of all, I checked in no problem. Then 30min being in room an older guy from front desk calls room tells me tp get to the office. I go and he says my room is canceled, and I have to pay in cash. I paid $46.11 and he wanted $50, I gave him $45, got the 3 receipts for the cancel. Then he told me to call cheaptickets and get the refund on my own. Rude, rude rude!!!

No frills. I knew what to expect. It is a good location on Bay Road in Saginaw. I'm commenting because when you do a search for swimming pool on hotels.com this hotel comes up. It DOES NOT have a pool.

Reasonable, with a great location
There is the old adage, "you get what you pay for", and it applies to this hotel also. It was reasonable, with a great location, but not elegant. It was fairly clean. Housekeeping needed a bit more structure and a simple "do not disturb" sign would eliminate waking up and bothering guests constantly.

Nice motel close to our destination .
Clean and affordable with a staff that was both friendly and helpful. All we needed for our stay there. Would tell our friends . Convenient to reach our Art Fair. Close by several restaurants.

Satisfied and would return.
Desk clerk was nice and friendly made me feel welcome. The room was ok - had some updates but definitely could use a good scrub and a few coats of paint. Overall was very satisfied with the room. The bed was older and you could feel every spring - I slept horizontally to avoid sleeping in the dip and that made a more comfortable sleep. I was there 2 nights and room service did come in and take out the trash and freshen the towels but didn't touch the bed which was a first at a hotel - I didn't necessarily care but usually they remake the beds to their standards. The neighborhood was fine didn't feel threatened staying by myself - was quiet. Would definitely stay there again - it's not a five star hotel but it was good for a few nights stay.

Was close to everything (mall, restaurants, etc). Was nicer inside then looks outside. Clean room, had mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, beds were comfortable. Price was reasonable. Would definitely stay again.

Don't stay here! Wouldn't honor our 3rd person.
We booked with a "blind" 2 star hotel for 2 adults/1 child. Arrive to a room with one very uncomfortable and squeaky King bed and filthy old loveseat sized sleeper. No bedding for sleeper, but couldn't pull it out due to the placement behind a wall heater unit that hung crooked. Daughter was going to sleep on love seat without pulling out, but front desk would not give us any bedding since they said Expedia told them the reservation was two adults only. They reluctantly gave us a third set of towels. We never got bedding for sofa, so had to sleep in one bed with two adults and 17 year old daughter. There was something that looked like blood on the bathroom wall, as well as BIG cobwebs in bathroom. Hairdryer was broken and crusted with dried dirt/hair. Coffee maker was stained. Never got wifi code. No telephone or clock working in the room so had to walk to the office for the towels. I have stayed in budget places before with no problem, but this was below budget level. Do not stay here!

Small motel in the outskirts of Saginaw
Small motel, family owned in the outskirts of Saginaw. Nice and friendly staff but very basic premises. Don't expect great comfort since it's a low budget motel. No restaurants or shops close by, need to drive to downtown Saginaw. If you are heading to northern Michigan and need a place just to spend the night this could be an option.

Typical motel looking accommodation, one level "L" shaped building with parking in front of each room. The room was clean and very appropriate for the price. Ideal for those on a budget.
