The staff is very pleasant and kind. The area is around a lot of shopping, yet you don't feel like you're in the city.

I was given a studio suite instead of a 1 bedroom suite due to over booking. I was advised there was nothing they could do, I needed to contact Hotels.com to get a partial refund for the cost difference.

Room not ready at check-in, elevator broke down, bed uncomfortable, internet works poorly resulting in frequent TV reboots. 100% would never stay at again.
One of the most comfortable beds (& pillows) that I’ve slept on in a hotel. We used the well-equipped kitchen for assembling dishes for a family gathering.
I would have given a little better of a rating if the room was ready at the check in time. The room was not ready until 5:30. Normally, it would not have been to big of a deal however, we were going to a concert and wanted to freshen up prior. New hotel with nice accommodations.

No room service for 7 (yes, 7) days! Dirty towels, and no coffee. Unfortunately, no coffee in the breakfast room either. When I told the manager, she told me that there was no service because of Covid, but I stayed there twice last year during Covid, and there was daily service and daily coffee. So, this is a cost saving measure. 7 days of no service! Shameful

We apologize that you were not completely satisfied with your stay. Currently as a Marriott requirement we do offer Housekeeping Service based on request only. With the pandemic still ongoing it is for the safety of our guests and staff that we are limiting how many rooms we are entering each day so we only enter your room to clean if were asked. We do also offer coffee every day during our breakfast hours but as a Marriott requirement we do take down all breakfast items after breakfast is over. Again we do apologize that you were not completely satisfied with you experience at our hotel but we do appreciate your feedback.
We enjoyed our stay and will be back next time we stay in Midland. The hotel was clean and in excellent shape plus close to restaurants and shopping. Also, it is just off the highway for easy access. Lastly the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

This is a newer hotel so everything was clean and now worn down. It has nice amenities - the pool was great and the lobby was spacious. Lots of fun activities both inside and outside like basketball, billiards, and a big connect four game.

Room was impressive at first glance. Small blood spot on the grout lining in the shower and small blood stain on comforter. Leftovers from previous residents left in refrigerator.
Might want to bring your own cleaning supplies when you stay here. I did leave a note in the room for the cleaning lady about what I found. Did not take pictures as I didn’t realize I could post pictures until I got home.
Pool area was clean. Morning breakfast area was clean. Staff very friendly and welcoming.
I would stay here again but would clean the room first.

We stayed the night for a concert at soaring eagle. It was a girls weekend, the two bedroom suite was prefect for the 5 of us. Nice kitchen area and table for us to have a late night snack offer the concert. Very clean, updated and the free breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. Definitely would stay again.

We love the Residence Inn Midland! It’s honestly our favorite place to stay. We stayed at another Residence Inn out of state recently and it was not a great experience. Midland is truly awesome with a great staff, quiet rooms, and fantastic service! We will be back again this week for the fourth time in two months.
