HORRIBLE! DO NOT GO!!!

We paid ahead and were planning on staying two nights. We checked in and literally were off to Frankenmuth. We did not examine anything, we just dropped our bags off and left. When we got back, we tried washing our hands, but the faucet handle fell off. Upon returning it, it just spun. There was no way to actually control the temp of the water. With a 5 year old, that is not good due to how scalding water can get. We ended up using antibacterial gel for the remainder of the trip. When we went to take a shower, we saw black stuff on the shower curtain. After looking to find out what it was, we looked at the ceiling above the shower/shower curtain and saw black mold above it. We did not stay the next night. We checked out and left. It was HORRIBLE!! Stay AWAY! Super 8 of Saginaw needs some serious help in the common sense of upkeep area.

Just a stop over on the way to Mount Pleasant

Cons: Odour in the waiting room and staff not inviting regarding the breakfast room. The staff did not make you feel at home!
Terrible odour in the waiting room. Room was average. Good Location. Staff was not very friendly.

Pros: Absolutely nothing
Cons: Re condition the whole building with new staff
Location: A great antique market nearby and great eatery's
the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Asked for a map of Saginaw, didn't have one. Asked for directions to a nearby market, he said phone them and find out. Wi fi never worked. Had to move us to another room when we found a bug in one bed and pubic hair and stains in the other bed. The whole place smelled of stale tobacco. How can super 8 put their name to this place?

Small, clean Super 8

I found the Super 8 in Saginaw small, reasonably new, and clean. Although the amenities were not advertised on their website, my room included a minifridge and a microwave. Staff were pleasant, as were the other guests. No laundry, but otherwise a complete hotel.

clean and friendly

The rooms were a bit dated, but were clean and in good shape. The wifi worked well enough and the breakfast was enough to get your day started. Overall, pretty happy with it.

WORST hotel stay I have EVER had in my ENTIRE life!It was DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY&the staff&other staff was LOUSY&VERY RUDE!
