the staff very help full for things to visit

Cons: shower caps
Location: it's okay
We were very impress with La Fabuleuse, Vla Jalbert & Zoo. Thanks to the Staff.

Maybe the best option in Saguenay

Pros: Front desk: charming Marie-Andrée
I had a great experience in this hotel. Service was up to the detail, room cleanliness, hotel features: gym, restaurant and pool. Can't wait to come back !

Confortable beds

Very confortable beds!!! Big TV, good Space in the room and bathroom. The mini refrigerator is so usefull! There is an grocery store verry close and à restaurant.

Unhappy customer

I didn't like the fact that they took my credit card for a security deposit and actually billed the card instead of just taking the number. Now I have to wait 3-5 days for the refund to be returned to my card. This has never happened before at a hotel .not happy

Even though we do not bill credit cards for deposits, we do take a preautorisation to make sure there are funds available if our guests decide to go to the restaurant and charge to the room or if there are damages to room.
