Ok at beginning but disappointed after staying in
The price of the room booked online is 10% higher than the labelled price in the hotel reception; hotel is reasonable ok for a farm hotel, but charging 22euro/pp breakfast is over pricing; internet doesn’t work in this place already for a few days, they haven’t noticed us ahead they can’t take credit card , but only tell us while we are checking out, we have to spent another hour to find a ATM and pay them in cash

Dear sir, madam, (As already replied on your Google review) Thank you for your review we are glad that you appreciated our team who is always as helpful as possible. We are sorry for the internet connexion but it is due to a general blackout in the region since 2 days, due to the high temperatures that we had. The price of your room was higher than at the desk because you booked through an online travel agency (Expedia). This is due to the commissions these agencies charge to us. Our rates are the most ethical possible all year long, so we cannot integrate these fees. Our best prices are easily reachable by phone, by email, and also on our website where the booking module is available in 5 languages. By the way, if you look at your bill you will see that the breakfast is charged 11 euros p/person and not 22. We probably could have told you that our credit card payment machine was not working because of internet breakdown if we had had more interaction during your stay We hope it didn’t really took you 1 hour to find one of the 4 ATM in town which is 10 min. driving. Kind regards.

Perfect stay in a beautiful location
Our second stay at this hotel and it will not be our last. Friendly, family-run establishment in a beautiful location. Spacious and clean room. Excellent restaurant serving local cuisine and wines (as testified by the numerous non-residents who were also dining there). Highly recommended.

Nice location
Nice location, room ok even though we booked for two we only had one set of blankets and towels and had to remind the receptionist a few times to bring a second set. Friendly owners. There's a sign that says they speak English, but in reality not so much (for the receptionist) and I had to struggle with my bad french.

Perfect Vacation Ending
I wanted to bring my girlfriend in the mountain surrounded by nature. The "Auberge" was up to my expectation. On top of that the newly redesigned room offer a comfort I did not think I will get in such a place. I just whished I could have stayed longer and relax more (by trying their complimentary Hammam spa).

If you want an hotel in the most beautiful and peaceful surroundings this is it ! Still a working farm ~ the cows making their way to and from the dairy and their bells ringing as they plodded up the mountain was a delight. We had a room with a balcony which gave a wonderful view and the only other sound, apart from the cow bells, was from the swallows nesting in the eaves.

Charming rural hotel
Peace and tranquillity only disturbed by sound of cow bells. Road to hotel needs to be approached with caution but it is well worth it. We enjoyed the set dinner menu and buffet breakfast (no hot food though). Hospitality was great. Room was comfortable and clean. The only downside for me was there was no bath and some mould in shower. We only stayed one night and although dinner was good I wonder how varied the food might be for a longer stay.

Der Aufenthalt in der Auberge ist sehr empfehlenswert Schöne Zimmer, schöne Umgebung, sehr gutes Frühstück und das Essen im Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Gastgeber*innen sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Genügend Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden, das ist wichtig,da die Auberge ausserhalb liegt. Man kannauch vom Haus weg wandern gehen.

Heerlijke locatie, geweldig restaurant
Geweldige locatie in the middle of nowhere. Je hoort alleen de vogels en de koeienbellen. Kamer zeer netjes met balkon. Goed ontbijt met veel verse producten van de boerderij. Het restaurant is helemaal top. Heerlijk gegeten. Fijne gastvrouw en gastheer!

Ruhige Lage in den Bergen.
Ruhig gelegenes Familienhotel mit angeschlossener Milchwirtschaft. Freundlicher Empfang und sehr schönes Zimmer. Internet etwas langsam, aber das ist bei der Lage in den bergen wohl nicht anders zu erwarten. Gutes Abendessen und ganz hervorragendes Frühstück mit hausgemachten Marmeladen, Kuchen und Käse sowie auch prima Wurstwaren.

Séjour ressourçant, terroir et service au rdv
Agréable séjour dans son ensemble. Tout est au rdv. Accueil au top toujours avec le sourire. Disponibilité, nombreux services sans aucun supplément( sauna, hammam, wifi,...), restauration authentique (produits du terroir), propreté irréprochable, calme et nature qui nous entoure. Vraiment ravi de ce magnifique séjour.

Un jour dans cette auberge pour parcourir la route des cretes à velo. Bon accueil. Restauratipn familiale. Connectivite WIFI defaillante. Television aussi defaillante cause probleme réseau.
