We stay at this property every time we come to Liverpool , it is an excellent hotel in a convenient position with easy access to Liverpool lime street and shopping . There is a car park which is free use to guests but if staying after checkout it is reasonable at £4 for about four hours .

The Liner Liverpool, inspired on a cruise ship theme, is a quirky and unique hotel located just a few minutes walk from Liverpool Line Street Station and Liverpools theatres. A good base for walking to many of the city’s attractions, 10m to the Caven Area and 20m to the docks. Check in and check out was not always quick, and on initial arrival, not very friendly, but the hotel was clearly in good condition and welcoming by itself. With only 1 lift working, things were slowed down again, but the deluxe room on deck 4 was spotless, comfy and plush. They must have really good housekeeping staff here! No air conditioning, but a large industrial fan provided in room, took care of that. The bed and pillows were very comfy. Bathroom was from back in the ages, but functional and again spotless. A large TV, hairdryer, safe, coffee making facilities, small bottles of water and cakes in a fridge met the necessities and luxuries. Nice view over the front of the hotel from room 406. We used the restaurant, Seven Seas Brasseries twice.. Gio was an highly efficient and friendly supervising waiter and was definitely the hotels best staff member. A order mix up was quickly rectified, but food was fresh and tasty and food/drinks very good value. Allergies were well dealt with by creating a bespoke dish. Thanks to Gio and the chefs! We didn’t visit the bar, but it looked busy and welcoming. We would stay here again as our first choice if returning to the wonderful Liverpool city.

i come here every year to go to Liverpool Hospital from Cardiff i arrive the day before needed to rest in this Lush Hotel would highly recomend it .

Perfect hotel for gig goers attending Liverpool Empire Theater or O2 Academy with secure car parking adjacent, decent bar (shame can’t enter from the lobby rather than via street only), a historic pub down the street and super short walk to the venues. Decent cooked breakfast and friendly staff dressed in a cute Love Boat kinda uniform!

The walls were not soundproof enough , next room had their TV on & we could hear it in our room , I'm glad they switched it off at 11pm otherwise I would have had to ring down to reception

Fun nautical themed hotel with a great location super close to the train station and other central Liverpool areas! Friendly staff, cute little restaurant and bar. A little old and the elevators are a bit slow/out of date but overall had a good stay!

Group of eight adults visiting Liverpool. It's a good three star. Can't fault the hotel overall. Probably stay again. However, my wife has Coeliac disease and is allergic to gluten.. She requested gluten free toast which the server said they had and it was brought to the table. She spent the rest of the day vomiting and stomach cramps. She brought it up with the server the following morning and it was dismissed. She ordered gluten free toast again and this was clearly gluten free bread, different shape, taste and texture. I'm just making anyone else with Coeliac or gluten intolerance to be mindful.

My room was very noisy. The radiator made 3 successive bangs every 20 minutes or so. You can hear the train announcements clearly. It was better during the hours of 12 to 4 in the morning. But it was difficult to sleep during normal hours. Otherwise everything was good.

Had a great 3 day stay at the Liner Hotel Liverpool. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was good with one exception the eggs , you could win a war if you fired them at the enemy the yolks were lethal.the staff in the dining room and the hotelwere very helpfu . Sue on reception was great. I'm planning another visit soon

The plumbing/heating system is noisy. My radiator was turned off (my choice) but I was still disturbed by the noise of the pipes during the evening, bedtime and even being woken by the noise around 5am. Otherwise a nice hotel, very handy for the railway station etc.

The staff were friendly and efficient, dealing with the noise issue as quickly as they could. The property needs all of the rooms on the Lime street station side to be at least double if not triple glazed. The lifts are very slow to arrive and the wait can be a little annoying. Having said this I would happily return again as the actual room we had was clean and comfortable

Lovely lovely hotel!!! Needed the hotel close to student accommodations & the universities my son needed. Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel is set up like a boat and once you’re in it’s very hard to remember it’s a hotel not a boat. The room was a twin very big & spacious. Great bathroom and shower. I would definitely stay here again. There is an opportunity to use car park free for 24 hours. However due to my arrival time and having a bit of anxiety with arriving and no spaces I use a parking app that can park nearby. Next time I would definitely use the car park. Wasn’t as noisy as expected Clean
